Regardless of your current fitness level or ultimate goal, our personal trainers will work with you to design the optimal fitness program. We offer a wide variety of fitness classes, including strength training, boot camp, flexibility, kickboxing, and much more. Most classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and age groups, though we have more advanced and intense classes as well. You are sure to find several that are perfect for you.
Tiffany is the owner of Pure Results along with being a trainer, nutritional consultant, class instructor, and much more. Being a working single mother of three, Tiffany understands the struggle of making nutrition and fitness fit into a busy lifestyle. After suffering an illness, she realized how making a commitment to her own health and wellness was as important to her as her dedication to her children and work schedule.
Rhiana's passion for fitness began when she starting working out with a trainer (our very own Tiffany Fiske) herself while on college breaks. Throughout school she continuously tried new fitness classes and trained on her own. Working out became such a part of her life she realized she wanted to help others feel the positive effects of a healthy lifestyle with exercise.
Kathy has always had a passion to live a fit lifestyle and enjoys being active. She loves a challenge, has run many 5k's in Mass and Maine. She eventually ran the BayState 1/2 marathon. Pure Results Family she began to learn (under Tiffany Fiske's guidance) and implement programs to help others achieve their fitness goals.
