It's fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targetting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.
Attempting to get fit without the right guidance or coach is like trying to cook without a recipe. Without proper preparation, direction and understanding of how each ingredient works together, your results will likely be unsatisfying. PFP trainers are experts at body transformation. You can try to get fit on your own of course, but your progress will likely be slower, and you run a risk of quitting and may even get injured.
A spin class is a high intensity cycling workout that will help you get fit, burn fat and lose weight!. Spin is a great cycling workout in a class environment where there is a sense of team effort and group motivation. It's can be hard to motivate yourself when you're the only one there to keep you accountable.

We have been trying to cancel our sons membership for two years. Each time we went there they said a manager had to be there or it had be done via email. Always something different depending who we spoke with. Our son has not lived it the state for years.
Finally we had to get our son to sign the cancelation because he is now over 18 and it will take 45 days to cancel. That just means another month of paying.
Would never step foot in that building again.

Pro Fitness has been one of the best gym decisions myself and my fiancé have made in all our years of working out. From the minute we walked in to get information about deals, we were welcomed by staff. They gave us a tour, talked through options, and made us feel confident in our decision to join there. My fiancé and I have different interests in gym equipment and space and there wasn't anything missing for either of us in this location. They had all the machines, space, weights, and times that we wanted. It never felt crowded and was always spotless. They take pride in their location and

Just back after 9 months. Looks like they put all of our membership dues collected while we were in quarantine to good use. A lot of fancy renovations. However, the women's workout room could still use a make-over. There's even less equipment in there now. Although the first treadmill I got on was broken and the second had a used bandaid in the cup holder- nice to see some things haven't changed...

Basically lied to me and scammed me with the membership. Called to cancel in August and they told me to wait until my contract expires in October to cancel. Went in October to cancel and they told me contracts don’t expire and they can keep billing me. Disputed the charge on my credit card and then received a letter from a debt collector telling me I owed the money plus $25 for this. The gym isn’t even nice enough to be worth this trouble. Manager Jessica was really rude to me on the phone and told me not to get upset after they charged me when I had already cancelled my membership.

I was a happy customer of Pro-Fitness Plus for over 5 years. But their business practices are very poor when it comes to cancellations. As a diabetic who is also solo caregiver to an octogenarian, I am at high risk from COVID-19. I attempted to cancel my gym membership online during the period when gyms were closed, in April; I could not get my username to log into the site, not even from customer service. (I emailed them and never received a reply). I waited until the gym opened in July, and called Pro-Fitness Plus; they said I would have to come in "to sign a form" in order to process

After a week and a half of unanswered calls to Pro-fitness Plus, I went in person to cancel my membership in July. I chose month to month rather than the lower priced 12 month contract. The owner/manager said that since I was already mid July, that I would need to pay 1 more month fee. I said that it was fine. I even felt bad about canceling. But in August, not only did they charge me the $21 membership fee, but also the annual $70. I thought that was pretty shady. Now, I have another monthly fee for September and after trying to speak to the manager on the phone, I was told to leave a message

This place is awful and disgusting! I worked here and was treated terribly and never even paid correctly! I have never seen such bad management in my life. They don't cooperate with customers at all and they even won't cancel your membership after you cancel to keep making money off of you. I've seen all of this first hand as I was an employee there before. The owner is a bad man and a pathetic human being. I suggest never going to this gym and hope it closes down soon due the lack of people who go there now. Truly a pathetic excuse of a businessman along with both his pathetic businesses

This gym never fix their equipment. I tried to cancel my membership because I moved out of Billerica and their manager said there was a 45 day period to cancel it. When I initially signed up, I was told the cancelation was 30 days. The manager (Kim Wheeler) said she would be there and that she leaves at 4:30 and she would pull my contract up, i told her I would be there shortly before 4:30. When I got there at 4:25pm, she had already left and did not inform the front desk about me. So I had to wait 20 mins for the front desk to get in contact with her just to have him give me a cancelation form

This gym is horrible! I wish I had listened to the reviews before joining.
I joined November 2018. In June of 2019 I had a back injury and could not go to the gym. I brought a doctors note in so I could cancel my membership but they would not allow it. After fighting for weeks and never getting call backs I gave up and continued paying $25.99.
Knowing my renewal was coming up in November I went in to cancel my membership in September and was told I could not due so until October 26th.
I went back in on October 26th and filled out the paperwork to cancel. I was now told that there is a 45

This was one of my favorite gyms. Huge, never crazy busy, plus a sauna. I recommended it to everybody! I chose the month to month option, not knowing how long I would be close by. I ended up using the gym for almost 2 years. When it came time to cancel the membership, I was less than impressed with the billing company. I had called weeks prior to now to cancel and was told I couldn't do so because their computer systems were down- it happens. I was told someone would call the following day to assist me. Never got a call. I called yesterday and was told that I needed 45 days WRITTEN NOTICE

Great gym, but nothing fancy. Have come here on and off for the past 10 years while in school. Large facility and well-equipped. Plenty of parking. Lots of machines, although there are always a few that don't work... what you see is what you get. This is what I think of when I think of a "real gym." It's not luxury like some health clubs, but it also doesn't have the chain/corporate vibe you get with Planet Fitness. Would recommend if your interest is health/getting in shape.

With the overwhelming majority of "gyms" being more interested in getting people to sign up rather than actually creating a motivating and open environment, pro fitness plus has, at least for me, proven to be a real gym.
A myriad of different age groups are seemingly regulars here, I've seen everyone from middle school aged kids to seniors hitting the weights hard and relishing in the general "get to lifting" atmosphere here.
Sure the gym is worn, the dumbbells need to be tightened from time to time, and the locker rooms are a far cry from a day spa (although there

Been a member of different gyms over the years (LA Fitness, meathead gyms, university fitness centers) in different parts of the country. PFP has huge variety of equipment and classes, and overall, I'm happy I joined up. GREAT classes with instructors that can help you KICK your butt into the shape you want, just have to be willing to put in the sweat.
There is a woman's only workout area, which is surprisingly well stocked, if you choose to use it. The main floor is mostly people their to focus on their own workout and it never feels like a meat market. I feel completely comfortable

I've been a member at Pro-Fitness Plus for 7 months now. I signed up originally since they had personal training services available through a subcontractor.
The training company recently got removed from the gym, and I have had a myriad of issues with them. It makes me question why PFP got involved with the shady company in the first place. Manager Denis tried to work out a deal with me to help me get further training sessions and make up my money, which was nice. However, in the end in chose to discontinue personal training all together.
As for the gym itself, I liked it at first because
