It's kind of hidden which is nice. My only complaint was the hallway, it smelled a little musty. There is plenty of parking and it's quiet. It is also close to a variety of places to eat as well as the mall. There are a lot of other places to shop. I would recommend this hotel.it was inexpensive and very pleasant. It is well worth the stay.

I couldn’t believe I was assigned room 229 with black mold on the roof of the shower. We could not have a rest because the humidity and humid smell was high, and was hard to sleep. I discovered the black mold in the morning on top of the shower. Also. Our room wasn’t cleaned up properly before it was assigned to us. Mirrors where dirty. Side night table still have cup bottom stains from previous people. I complained in the morning to hotel clerk, she apologized and refunded me half of the money.

This was literally the worst hotel experience I ever had. It was not clean what so ever, home is very out dated… witch honestly wasn’t even the worst part. The flier we stayed on was full of dogs so sleeping was horrible, there was barking all night, the whole floor smelled like weed and the walls are paper thin and we could hear the people next to us “having fun” all night. The staff did absolutely nothing about it… we wanted to leave and go somewhere eles and they were going to charge us 140.00 cancellations fee! So we had no choice but to stay here, take in we only stayed one night

The staff was courteous and helpful, which is why it get 1 star. Roaches, roaches, roaches!!! When I entered the room, there was one on the wall near the fire alarm, then one on the tv stand, one on the wall above the tv. Well, it was like this the entire stay and more kept coming out. The sheets and pillows were dirty and stained, and had hair and what looked like a built up hair ball. I expected more from an IHG. Lysol can only help so much, and I only stayed because it was late and I was tired, but the roaches kept me up. I did explain this to the manager as well. I wouldn't stay here again

Not impressed at first sight... Trash littering the entire parking lot, disgusting. Staff was pleasant when I arrived but the lobby, elevator and hallways were hot and stuffy and smelled STRONGLY like roach spray. At the front desk there was a sign that said there was no housekeeping so I was worried about what I was about to walk into. I was happy to find my room smelled clean and fresh. Carpets, furniture, and bedding were all clean. I saw no bugs. The bathroom was tiny but clean, although I did have an issue with the shower head spray and the shower curtain can't stay closed on either side of

More like a efficiency setting you have people that has been living there for awhile. Smells weird when you first walk in the lobby, caught the janitor mopping the lobby floor with a dirty mop probably where there smell comes from. The desk clerk was very nice, but the building itself and rooms very average and not well cleaned.

Made a reservation 2 days ahead of time on for a week stay from 7/17-7/23. We were moving from Utah to Florida and traveled all the way to New York to visit family before leaving New York we made the reservation and started our trip with little to no sleep. Because of traffic we called to let them know we wouldn’t be checking in till 4am. When we got there all we wanted to do was have a nice shower and to sleep but when we arrived we were informed they gave our room away to a walk in and we’re sold out. As a result we ended up sleeping in the car for a couple of hours with 3 kids and finding

This hotel was clean and very well kept. Our room was nice and cool when we walked in.
The pool was open and well maintained. I can't say enough about the customer service at this hotel. Every employee was helpful and had a smile. Lisa the Mgr is number ONE in customer service and she sets a wonderful example for her staff. We travel to this area weekly and we definitely will be back. Thank you Lisa and your staff.
