Roger is highly professional, exceptionally detailed and thorough in his inspections. Being a first time home owner there’s no way for us to find out all the things that he did. Our builder repaired and replaced trusses and joists based on his findings. Highly recommend!!

Roger was quick and fantastic to work with. The home inspectors are the only ones who are truly on the buyer's side when you are purchasing a home, so you want the best and Roger is certainly one of them! He is also able to do mold and radon inspections, which not all inspectors do. His report came with a summary report and a full detailed report with photos that were easy to review. Very pleased and would use again.

Roger did a follow-up inspection for me to ensure the builder had made the recommended corrections, and as he did on the first, was thorough, professional and efficient -- checking every item he had found on the first inspection. All I can say is I'm so grateful I have him to look out for me. I had his second report within hours and he also got the builder to provide me with a certificate of repair from the engineer who fixed the truss -- this was to ensure it had been fixed to code. I can't recommend Roger enough. Do NOT purchase a home without Roger checking it out first!

Hiring Roger Williamson was probably the best investment I have made since I decided to buy a new home. He came to my home yesterday afternoon, and by that evening I had received a 42-page report outlining issues that I would have never thought could have been wrong, all color-coded to illustrate whether they were hazardous/safety concerns, whether they just needed further evaluation, whether they were routine correction items, you get the picture.
