I'm a native Idahoan who loves everything the state has to offer. I grew up in Boise and I attended both the College of Western Idaho and the University of Idaho and hold a degree in Agricultural Science. In 2004 I began my real estate career when I quickly found a knack for investment real estate and expanded my business into property management.
We pride ourselves on being able to keep our costs of management down for our clients. One of our cost reductions is being able to not charge for advertising. Through our syndicate partners and social media, we have the ability to maximize exposure of your property to many local and national prospects that are in the market for a new home or apartment to rent.

My home has been flooded out twice and almost nothing was done about it. I've had so many issues on this property I cant even keep count. I've called so many times and never got an answer yet they can bad mouth you as a tenant. When they have showed up to fix what's wrong they're rude and cussing and acting like they dont want to be there. Do not rent from these people. They are rude unprofessional liars and all around bad people. I have a feeling the only positive reviews this company have received are from personal friends of the owners.

Disappointed with our move out experience. Once we got notice that our rent was going to be raise an enormous amount, we provided the 30 day notice, cleaned the property top to bottom. I took pictures to verify that the property was cleaned. The only item that was damaged was the front two blinds. I anticipated having only the blinds taken out of the security deposit. I was charged for blinds, cleaning, and spot painting. We only lived on the property for 9 months. Other tenents renting properties on the same lane, left their rentals in a much poorer condition. This company does not update properties

It's refreshing being able to trust a management company. I've had maintenance request lately it has been handled with speed and care. They are thorough and get the job done well. I particularly enjoyed easy correspondence with the management office. Emails how much responses quickly from people who care about me and my particular situation regarding needs or payments. Everybody I have come to communicate with has been thorough unprofessional and kind.

Rented a home for 3years, homeowner wanted to move back into our rental. Made a BUNCH of lawn upgrades whilst we were in it… had the final walk through and was told the house looked great and we should expect a $300 deduction due to scratches on door frame from our dog…. Fast forward to time for deposit return (1 month later) no attempt at contact… we emailed without response… few days later received a mail envelope with over $2,500 charges for lawn updates (tree removal/cutting), new carpet (despite no rips, stains, or tears), sprinkler head replacement, cleaning (after we paid a professional

The most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with! No heat for months, a patch of ceiling fell through and when it rained it poured into my dining room...wasn’t fixed for four months, windows were glued shut, and so much more! After all that, they took $400 out of my deposit...$250 they said was for damage! 😂

We rented from them for a little over a year before we bought our house. They were wonderful to work with and everything that we had an issue with, they took care of. Sometimes it took a couple days to get the right person out to look at the problem but that is expected when it wasn't an emergency. Great company.

If there was a zero star rating Summit would get it. I would never recommend Summit to rent from they were horrible and don't hold up to their promises and don't care about anything but themselves. I think the only good thing about them was we got our deposit back and that is because we made sure to keep records of everything in case we needed to. I would also never buy a house from Morgan if he treats his tenants like he did us. I don't ever see anyone buying from him. There were problems with the unit before we moved in that we were told would be fixed. It took them months to get in screens for
