I hate to write a negative review for this place because they actually did a good job curling my hair for my photoshoot and they started with my hair right when I showed up for my appointment so I didn't spend any time waiting. I also enjoyed the head massage I received when they were washing my hair!

However, the salon hair apron they put on me was dirty and I only noticed this after they washed my hair :( there's no way this was my hair because I didn't even get a haircut and the apron was covered in little black hairs.

I asked the stylist for a new apron because mine was dirty

My wife came back in May to get her hair done with Jenny she was so happy! She was suffering from postpartum hair loss and Jenny made her feel beautiful again! I recently had my haircut by Jenny too, i tried cutting it myself at home she was able to fix a super 5 year old chop job lol thank you Jenny for your great service!

When i got there i had no appt. And my hair was with 3 different colors cause I damaged it myself. They did the best they could i got highlights, and they were so nice to give me a free treatment for free. I def. Will go back.

I recommend Jenny. More than satisfied with the result. I pointed at a picture, then got the same style. I always cut my bang by myself, Jenny kept my idea and fixed it into a better shape:)

Mai is excellent at hair color and highlights! Very attentive. You can get color, pedi/mani/brows/& style in one stop.
It would be nice if they could do the hot rocks during petty/Manny.

I loved my hair coloring done here. It took 5-6 hours honestly exhausting but that's what It takes. But I really love my hair color.

Lady super nice and caring how she do your hair asks alot of questions but gives advice too. I did have to go back to get fixed but I did say did not want texturing as my hair is curly wavy. She did too much she say to give movement and that my hair wavy I'm like I have curls. Now my curls are gone and not too happy about that and hope they grow back. I like my hair too have volume not look thin.

Quy (qui?) did such a great job with my pedicure! She has gentle hands and a kind personality that made the experience so soothing and I love her nail art! Lovely staff, I highly recommend this salon.

Hands down the WORST haircut I have ever had. I asked for a layered cut and you can see what I got in the attached picture. I could have taken a scissors and chopped off the hair myself and it could not have looked worse. It took 5 minutes for the haircut plus blow dry and when I asked where are the layers the lady told me 'ohh there are so many layers can you not see'. Can anyone else see the layers in the picture??
Their online booking systems sucks. I booked an appointment with Jenny and apparently the lady who gave me hair cut was not Jenny. When I arrived I specifically told that

My hair was taken care of by Tina and I believed we have some issue when communicating. I told her my hair is too thick and I want to make it lighter. It turned out that Tina cut some of my hair to around 1cm long. Now those hair feels like my husband's beard. Also the bang, the hair on the side of my face..Nothing's right.. When it comes to one hour and I tried to explain she becomes impatient and try really hard to convince me it's good enough.... What can I say????? One of my friends helped me trim my hair again which looks much better now... I regret so much that I should not

I have never felt so great after a haircut. Received so many compliments. I want to go there especially to say thank you once again. She moved her hands so fast.. she just knew her job.. and after a blow dry I looked so good. Sorry, I am appreciating my own self 😎 But I truly feel great.

Online appointment scheduling was really convenient. Mine was for a weekday afternoon so I had plenty of options even when booking the night before. However, it sounded like slots were taken up pretty quickly the day of.

My main goal was to get rid of a year's worth of deadends, which Jenny accomplished with care. She ensured I was comfortable with the amount she was cutting and was very thorough with blending the sections. I usually get lots of layers, but was ok with forgoing that after she recommended against them based on my hair type.

I had a great experience at this salon. Its very clean and good. Jenny and Lynn both are very professional and polite. Jenny is such a kind woman who really cares about her customers and understands what one wants. She listened to my requirements very patiently and understood exactly how I wanted to try a new color. She fixed my hair bangs really well. Extremely satisfied with their service. Definitely a 5star! :)

Jenny is THE BEST hair designer in this area! She caters to your hair type, and asks you EXACTLY what you want. Extra courteous, attentive and kind as well. Competitive pricing to top it off! Highly recommend and already have referred a few of my gfs.

Post COVID this is the first salon I visited.
I was really scared as to how the service would be and if they would listen to my requests.

Jenny did a great job of fixing my hair. Giving it a trim, removed my split ends , shortened my bangs.

She gave me a thorough hair wash and blow dry following that .

They were very reasonable with their prices as well. Overall the service was amazing!

However they did not honor the 15% discount that was advertised on Yelp. They only agreed to reduce the total service amount by 3 dollars. (Which was an 7-8%) discount

I'm so happy I found this salon! I just moved to Santa Clara, and I chose it because it was close and had great reviews. I originally just went in for a haircut, but Jenny told me that she could fix a bad hair dye job that I had gotten months prior and that she could remove the orange brassy color that I didn't like. She was so meticulous and careful with the haircut that I trusted her immediately.

I came back for a second appointment and got highlights, balayage color, and a keratin treatment. As you can see, my hair is completely transformed and I finally have my dream hair!
