The best you. That is the motto of the trendsetting, premier ALLAN Salon. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, ALLAN Salon prides itself on understanding your every need, every time you sit in our chair. Together we create head-turning hair that fits your desired look, your personality, and your lifestyle.
All new clientele must put down a $50 deposit in order to book or schedule any services. The deposit becomes nonrefundable 24 hours prior to your appointment starting time. We also require that you give us a 24-hours notice for all cancellations. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hours notice, will be charged 50% of the services booked down including your deposit.
Babylights are very delicate, white-blonde highlights created using a very fine color technique to mimic that blonde hue achieved if your hair is naturally lightened in the sun. One of the main attractions of the Babylights techniques is that it can be applied to any hair color and any length (long/short).

Found Allan through a recommendation that I deeply regret listening to. Messaged Allan asking if he could do a loose wave perm (told me what I wanted was called a digital perm) and sent him pictures of what I wanted. I really wish he would've communicated that what I wanted was not what I was going to get or else I wouldn't have wasted 5 hours of my Saturday. The staff here is not trained and Allan takes up your time training and teaching them. The haircut itself took less than 10 minutes and is uneven. When I asked to keep as much length as possible but keeping it healthy/cutting off

Jesse is an amazing hair stylist!! He did my hair for a traditional engagement for my Pakistani wedding and everyone commented on how soft and elegant it looked! I booked him in super short notice too so I'm really grateful for this! Also the response from this Salon was super fast as well, I can't thank them enough!!!!

Allan is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable about any chemical hair process (color, perm, etc), skilled, friendly and nice. He's also fast and efficient! I messaged him and he was very communicative on text. He asked me to send photos to assess what was needed and told me it was no problem, he knew what to do. I had an appointment booked for the very next day! A week later, I wanted to make an adjustment and he was so gracious to take care of it for me. He really stands by the quality of his work and wants his customer to be happy.

Excellent experience, was able to get a last minute appointment to fix my orange brassy hair :(

They offer text beforehand so they can gauge what service is needed, recommend this.
I've wanted to get a burgundy tone with violet, easy to get an appt and the salon follows safe distancing between chairs.
I didn't feel comfortable doing my hair on my own and even after my hair treatment it felt soft.
I felt very comfortable during my time , they even gave me a small water bottle, and was so happy with my hair color afterwards let's hope

I previously dyed my hair blue but it wasn't even and so i contacted many salons in hopes on finding someone to correct my hair and Allan messaged me directly and told me to come in as soon as i can. He is very kind! I absolute love my hair!!! Donna was especially fun and sweet as well. Definitely will be coming back here in the future!

Leaving a 5-star review for my first time here. I am incredibly impressed the artwork that Allan did for me. He paid very close attention to detail and did exactly on what color that I wanted. He definitely took his time to make sure I walked out of there happy.
The rest of staffs (Jessie and Hoang) are also friendly and happy to assist Allan whether it be rinsing or styling my hair.
Overall, what a great experience and I am super happy with my new look.

What a good service and professional! I'm a very concerned and picky person with my hair. Of course, it's not my first time to have bright/colorful hair, I'm a hair color freak . But this time I want to be more stand out with kind of white platinum clear color. And can't believe that Allan did an amazing job. I had a great experience and can't be more happy than this!

Took my girlfriend here for a hair cut, for the first time. She found Allan on Facebook.
Allan was very detailed...
Listened to what she liked/wanted and Allan told her what would work and look best for her hair. Allan took time to worked with her, not just go along with anything she said just to get her money. I think the haircut came out SUPER CUTE!! My girlfriend was VERY HAPPY with it also. She will come back again! Highly recommended!

Jesse!!!! He is so so good! I went to get a haircut corrected and left with a total transformation. Dark red highlights, textured and nicely styled. He was so patient with me and took his time making sure I was happy with the end results. And the owner was very friendly as well. So remember that name! You must visit them if you are looking for hair transformation!

Allan is great and very detail-oriented. My hair was getting very long and untamed while in quarantine. Once it was safe to get a haircut, I booked an appointment with Allan. I wanted a drastic change and trusted Allan to work his magic and chop off 8 inches of my hair. I felt uneasy at first, but I knew that I was in good hands. He made sure that the cut was modern and that it would suit my face shape. I honestly loved my haircut. Thank you so much!
Side note: With covid-19, Allan is taking the necessary precautions, ie wearing masks, cleaning chairs, tools, etc.

Got my lash extensions done here by Cindy and was happy with how clean the place is and how beautiful my lashes are (can't deal with Lashify. Not the same results)
She checked my temperature when I arrived. She wore mask and face shield while working on me. All customers are required to wear mask. Hand sanitizers are everywhere.

First of all, " safety " - All the hairdressers and customers wearing masks and also they have a shield between the hair wash chairs. And I saw they clean the chairs, the tables, everything in every batch of customers.
They are so nice!!!!!!!!!!! Not even their customer, they are nice to my friend ( who stop by to bring me food).
After 7 hours of processing, my hair turned out so perfect.
Allan is the best hairdresser that I've known. HE and his co-worker were gentle with my hair, they let me how to wash and blow my hair after bleaching. He is so patient with my broken hair.

I went here for a haircut. I have had long hair for almost 15 years. Allan encouraged me for the style changed and he did a great job with that. He was friendly and kept conversation going so that I don't get nervous because it was a drastic look change. I am very happy with my haircut. Will definitely come back here again!

After my color being ruined by someone at a different salon I needed an expert to fit it. Allan is that expert! He understood exactly what went wrong but more importantly how to make it all better. He made me feel comfortable right away, he's sweet charming and really cares.
This is an Aveda salon (very important) he has all the latest products too!! Can't say enough good things about him!!
