I love JooLee! She is talented and professional at what she does! She is super nice and patient. I am so glad I came here to get a haircut/trim by her. She listens to your wants and needs and gives professional advice on your hair. I wanted to get a light trim because my hair has been a mess since pandemic and lost the layering texture of my hair style. She does great layering and face-framing hairstyles. Her pricing is not bad at all and I highly recommend coming to JooLee for your haircut!

This was my first time coming here to get my hair cut and the magic straight perm. She was really nice and did a really great job with my hair. It's been a month since I got the perm and it's great and the best part is there are no damage or fried ends! I'm really happy with the results and will definitely come back.

JooLee was really attentive to what I wanted. I showed her a picture and told her that I would like to be able to cover my forehead as much as possible. I definitely did not feel rushed. I use to go to Korean Salon and get my hair cut from Jeff where lately has been always in a rush to cut hair. JooLee would check certain spots if cutting it would look right. My rating for her would be a 4.5 stars. I would give the full 5 but I felt her pricing was a little steep. However, I would definitely go back again and get my haircut from her. I would also recommend her! As far as covid goes. She is by appointment

I got my hair done here in September 2019. I got a digital perm that same year in February and decided I didn't like it curly anymore. I was worried by getting a magic straight perm it may damage it especially since every other salon said not to do it. But I really wanted my straight hair back. She is such a sweet lady and put something in my hair to protect it. My hair never got split ends which typically happens when I get a magic perm. It looked way healthier than ever after the treatment. She made my hair look so good. I'm really happy and want to return again.

I'm happy with my haircut! Being pretty picky with who touches my hair, I followed the yelp reviews and was not dissatisfied.
The owner is great at cutting and styling your hair in a v-style. Although she did cut off a little more than I initially wanted (I only wanted two inches off), I'm still satisfied and my hair looks great.
For just $40, it's a wonderful deal considering the fact that many salons charge over $75+. Overall great for female haircuts!

I've been coming to Joo to get my haircut for around 10 years now with my mom and I only have good words to say about her.
Last year, I got the Magic Straight Perm and it was seriously life changing. Being able to wake up with silky straight hair everyday honestly made my life as a college student a lot easier.
This past weekend I came back to get the perm again and was met with wonderful service. Love this salon!

It was a nice experience here. JooLee is super sweet. I came here around lunch time and she prepared a yummy sandwich for me. I came to straighten my hair, now it is pretty straight and soft even after I've washed after a couple of days. Deep conditioning is also included in case your hair is damaged

I went to get my hair cut in layers and Joo did a great job. She worked very carefully and made sure all the details were done well.
Compared to another Korean hair saloon I used to go to, JooLee is beyond friendly. Although our communication in English was a bit sticky, we were able to understand each other.
My first time there, there was something wrong with the appointment. But I gave her a second chance and the second time was great. I have nothing to complain about :)

Don't go!!!!!!!!!!!I was totally unsatisfied with the service. I told her I wanted the yellow tone hair color. I showed her a few pictures, and she seemed to understand my requirement. She showed me the color she was going to use on my hair, I liked it. However, when she finished the job, my hair was still black. I was not happy with that so I asked her apply the product again. After long enduring of the chemical smell, she washed my hair again. But there was just a little bit change this time, my hair was still dark and black, only a little red or yellow tone which I could not tell inside

I'm sort of ashamed to be writing a review 20 years later when I've been getting my hair cut, treated, permed, colored, you-name-it, since I was a kid at JooLee's.
