These people are sad. Melissa and Tonya. They have a pre sreening company but told me the owner denied me because my checks, once averaged out didn't meet the cut. I make 40000 a yr. This raggedy property was almost $1000. The area is being gentrified so my best guess the owner is white and doesn't want any black faces in his property. I missed two days outta my pay becausebi'm looking for somewhere to relocate my family & nothing is open on the weekend) THEY DENIED me!! Melissa told me she approves 99.9% of apps, LIARL!! so how am I the .1% when I know I qualify? They needed something to deny

They are going to steal your security deposit no matter how clean you leave the property. The only thing they care about is collecting your rent. They are not going to care about any issue you call them about. Maintenance man ain't worth 2 cents. And to the property owners, they are not going to take care of your property they are going to let it fall apart. The maintenance man ain't worth 2 cents, can't fix nothing correctly. Don't do it!
