This place is the stuff nightmares are made of. I literally walked away from 2 rooms that were paid for. I walked away from $600 plus to feel safe again. The Mgr is a dictator whom has no business being in her position. I will have my day in court with them. My broken nose and arm are due to the mold buildup on the sidewalks from air conditioners leaking everywhere. The room next to me had 6 people in a 4 person room, a violation of county ordinances. I have reported them to every agency that would listen. Preying on the poor, it's just sick.

The best hotel !! I spent months living in the weinan hotel before renting my own apartment, the attention of the staff was the best! The front desk staff amazing care that made me feel at home. The manager is a wonderful and super understanding person. The maintenance and housekeeping staff amazing care, totally grateful for your service! The hotel is super familiar that made me feel at home! I highly recommend this hotel!

Nasty place ever rude peoin office only care about money roaches crawling in door when u open it leaches in bed bed bugs cobwebs every where loud music all day all night kids running stomping on 2nd floor all night n day police don't do nothing security don't do nothing either.Drug dealers come on bicycles to deliver drugs.Someone needs to call code enforcement pool alwgreen n nasty white stuff floating in pool.trash all over hall ways they come in your room when your not there .no wash clothes they give u jail blankets no comforter sheets get washed in a mop bucket and sheets don't stay on bed

Only stood one night and I seen that my door frame not good. I took my Complain to the manager at that point she did want to hear it, so I asked what can we do to fix it she gave me no open to go.. so I went to the room to pick up my things. Then I go to the office to get my money back she there with the police had me kicked of the property and I get charged for the door...

This is the worst place. After paying and getting my key I went to my room opened the door and found it is a cockroach infested hotel. Nasty nasty nasty. When I went back I was given a room by the office opened the door room 101 and found fridge in dresser and more cockroaches. I went back to office and this rude person was arguing about refunding my money. I absolutly refused to leave until I got my refund which was 500.00. 200.00 deposit and 300.00 for room rental. I finally got my refund except 75.00 to look at 2 cockroach infested rooms. I slept in my car during my trip after this. Very unclean

Why stay here where it's a $100 security deposit when you can book a room at Ambassador Motel across the street next to the Exxon Mobile on Hotels.com for $34.50/night including resort fee + tax and the refundable deposit to obtain the key is $10 cash deposit ? Try the Ambassador Motel if you're looking for a budget stay with decent rooms but request the ones on the SECOND floor if possible

Well where can i begin , some time this month 7/2018 I went to kissimee with out a reservation stopped at Weinan "hotel" which first of all it shouldnt be called hotel thats more than a "motel" I got the key went to the room mind you no where in the lobby says no REFUND when I got to the room the smell of mold was horrible the TV was from the 80s couldnt get no channels the rest room was dirty and the curtains that should cover the whole window for privacy was hanging of all corners so I went back and said that I wasnt satisfied with the room she then informed me that there

PLEASE READ!!!!! After a long trip to Florida, we arrived at our destination a lot earlier then check in time and was allowed to check in early. That was a great plus. Everything was great until the following day. We broke one of the rules, smoking in the room and was charged $250. We understood we broke a rule and paid our fine with no push back or anything. We were told to smoke off property and we did. Then hours later the property manager had a few words to say and stated that there was complaints of loud noises and we were having some type of party. She stated that the two neighbors complained
