Kapp & Kappy Bed & Breakfast
The home was built as "a spacious cottage" in 1913 and completely renovated in 2016. It combines the charm of a century-old home with modern amenities like high-speed wi-fi, cable flat-screen TV, in-room refrigerators, and Keurig coffee makers. The wraparound porch and rocking chairs provide an inviting break from your busy vacation day.

You can enjoy the native plant infused landscape and spot hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Blended with the landscape are sculptures, and vine-towers that create ecosystems for hummingbirds, cardinals, monarch butterflies and more. Each room has en-suite bathroom with shower, Keurig coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, flat-screen TV and a sitting area with fold-out table/desk.

We had a Great experience at Kapp and Kappy B&B .
Excellent welcoming by the owner in their beautiful 1913’s house.
The porch is a very cute place to hang out for the last drink or Morning coffee.
The house is decorated with style you can’t find anywhere else… cozy living room, nice dining area and very stylish kitchen/bar
Our Bed room was very well equipped with fridge coffee machine , TV .. and with :
“Lit à Baldaquin” my favorite bed frame !!
But despite the remote control for the mattress my husband was disappointed by its comfort
He s French : he always complain anyway :

The owners, a husband and wife were wonderful hosts, and the place had great atmosphere, common area, and lodgings. Common kitchen area was so thoughtfully and fully stocked with snacks, drinks, condiments, utensils, and anything else you can think of. Checking in was contactless which was nice considering the whole pandemic thing. They made a delicious breakfast to top it all off. Would recommend for anyone traveling through the area or stopping to visit historic Kissimmee! Thank you Kapp and Kappy for such a lovely stay!

Best stay we ever had was here at Kapp and Kappy. We really felt like at home with all complimentary snacks, beverages and of course beautiful breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be coming back. Also, the owner is an artist, that’s why this house is so well decorated with art.

Quick trip to Disney for Spring break. We enjoyed the great indie restaurants within walking distance, beautiful wildlife on lake Toho and yummy corned beef hash

Really a great place. Had to make an emergency trip for my brother who was in the hospital. Christi was super easy to work with. We had to juggle a room or two around but she made it work for the time I needed to be there.
I was able to walk to the hospital and to the lake. Easy to get to down town and lots of good eats.
I will be going back.

My partner and I have had many opportunities to spend time on the grounds of this amazing bed and breakfast in Historic Downtown Kissimmee. These are the only accommodations in Osceola County that I would send my friends and family too. We attended a special event at Kapp and Kappy and the service was impeccable. The themed rooms are comfortably appointed with fantastic views of the grounds! And owners Tom and Christi Kapp provide homemade breakfasts to all guests before they guide them to all the shopping and dining destinations in the historic business district close by. My partner and I LOVE

We visited Kapp & Kappy as a result of winning a silent auction. Lucky we did!

As it turns out this is the only B&B in Kissimmee. It's perfectly located within a short walk of historic downtown with its boutique stores, restaurants and an amazing little wine bar.

But back to the inn, Tom & Christi were very welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was comfortable and quiet! They took great care in the remodeling of this old house to be sure guests wouldn't hear their neighbor. Each of the 3 rooms has it's own ensuite. Nice touches include: BIG flat
