Last year I gave a glowing review raving about the sourdough bread and everything else. This year's experience was a bit lackluster, perhaps due to expectations. The shrimp cocktail was delicious, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, the details of the other food were off. For example: the sourdough was not kneaded enough and so it lacked the chewy texture inside (it fairly well melted in my mouth - not the goal!), the baked potatoes were incredibly over cooked, the steak was gristly and the

I cannot recommend this restaurant. I was disappointed with the quality of the food for the price you would pay, I'd say it was one of the experience to learn about different ways of cooking.
My husband ordered 35 days aged cow boy steak and I ordered miso glazed halibut.
1. Steak was undercooked for medium rare,
2. the meat was chewy,
3. Mac and cheese was dry and bland taste
4. Halibut and Mac and cheese came out room temperature.
5. Garnished green was not green, they were yellow.
The meat was flavorful, and right amount of seasoning, which I give one star.

Tonight was our first time dining here. What were we waiting for? It was great!
It is located in the Dolphin Hotel at Walt Disney World. Dolphin. Yes, like Miami Dolphins, just in case you forget if it's there or at the adjacent Swan Hotel. This property is known as the Swan and Dolphin.
It's located on the main floor to the right as you enter the building. Walk past the elevators and there you are.
The warm bread service was perfect. We started with New Orleans shrimp and Swedish meatballs. Everything was delicious! The Swedish meatballs were served over a smashed potato. The shrimp

. Ambiance is very outdated. Smells. Some cleaning issues. Food lower then average. We had fish, steak, soup.. non of them was avarage. Service was very chaotic. A lot of traffic and they were confused. We chose this place only because of chefs name and was sceptical after reading reviews but unfortunately reviews were correct. If real I will not go to this place anymore unless I am very hungry and have only this place. It is overpriced, less then average food, chaotic service, smelling dark and oily ambience... if you really hungry may try KFC or some close level fast food place and you will pay

One of the best steakhouses at the Disney Resort. From the ambiance to the service to the food quality and portion. We made reservations and they had a certain dress policy and did not allow caps. The bread basket tasted amazing to begin with. We started with Caesar salad, calamari and French Onion soup. All superb. The steaks were cooked very well and seasoned to perfection. Service was top notch and the restaurant decor fits the name and environment.

I've been to the old shula's steak house in ft. Lauderdale, so expected this one to be the same. Well, I was wrong. I went with 4 friends to this location inside the Dolphin Hotel near Disney. When we were seated, my friends immediately complained of the a/c blowing right down on them, but they were told there wasn't anyplace else to move them. When the waiter finally came to the table, he told us they were out of a few dishes---one of the ones I planned on ordering. I ordered an old fashioned to drink. It was brought to the table with a cover on it. The waiter told me to wait for

5 ladies and we were out to dinner celebrating a friends bday at Shulas at Epcot. Food was good not great, service started well, however with their system of 2-3 waiters assigned to the tables, confusion arose and had to wait forever to pay to get out of there when dinner finished. Also, vents blowing directly on table about froze us out!! Waiter ignored that and laughed and walked away. Not cool... we won't be back.
Thanks goodness for the wine!

After a smoked old fashioned at the Dolphin hotels "Phin" bar I wandered across the entrance to Shula's and decided to eat my way to sobriety. I arrived at 4:55pm and was greeted by the hostess who informed me that upon opening at 5:00pm I would be taken to my table and seated. She was very pleasant upon first interaction and asked which room I preferred to be seated in as well as if I had any food allergies.
Once seated I ordered the Caesar salad to start which was a rather hearty portion for a fine dining steakhouse. I then moved onto my 22oz dry aged cowboy ribeye and it was

Definitely suggest this to anyone who is vacationing and doesn't want the hassle of finding something on I drive or even in Disney Springs. Has all the same workings as a traditional steakhouse, the convenience factor just helped us out after a full day of doing the theme parks.
Had a perfect medium rare Cowboy Ribeye, I personally don't like bone in steaks but this was amazing. Very similar high end chain steakhouse standards all around like Flemings or Ruth's Chris.
The customer service was great for being on a Disney property And very attentive.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the food.
Upon our arrival, the greeting by the hostess was less than friendly. My party of 2 was seated promptly and inside the decor and ambiance of the restaurant is Steakhouse nice. We felt comfortable with the spacing. There was a large party of 10 next to us but never felt the restaurant was too loud.
Shula's table gives you an option for steak knives and the linens enhance the dining experience.
We ordered a salad each (Beet and Wedge), decided to split the 22 oz Cowboy Ribeye ($69), and two sides to share - Baked Potato and Sautéed

Don Shula has more wins than any coach in NFL history, and his restaurant carries on that tradition of excellence.
Let me say, I am not typically a filet guy. I prefer cuts with more flavor and marbling. However, when I visit Shula's, I order the filet pretty much every time because their cuts are as close to perfect as I've ever seen. The tenderness is unmatched. Occasionally they will have a 40 oz Tomahawk on special...don't sleep on that one because supplies run out fast. Tremendous taste.

My grandson loved the 10 oz (didn't look like 10 oz.) filet steak, that is all that comes with this $69 entree. This restaurant is loud, terrible acoustics. We could hardly hear the waiter or each other.
They sat us near a spring loaded old style bar door. The staff hit my chair twice almost causing me to spill my drink. The constant in and out drove me crazy. This is the entrance to the back of the house. Carrying racks of glasses, meals and bodies in & out made for an unpleasant two top location.
Tables are very close together, staff well dressed and knowledgeable - old school

This is my 200th review on Yelp!
Continuing my birthday weeklong plus celebration, my wife and I had dinner here earlier tonight (July 7).
It started out by us running late because our hotel room (at the Swan) was still not ready well after check-in time. Fortunately, the Swan and Dolphin dining line representative was able to accommodate us by giving us an extra 15 minutes past our reservation time.
When we were shown to our table, I was impressed with the dark lighting, dark wood paneling and all the old NFL game photos (mostly photos of the Dolphins and coach Shula of course).

We spent the day at the Magic Kingdom and were beat so we thought we would just eat at the hotel restaurant. We were happy to find out that it was a steakhouse but felt bad that we were dressed in amusement park attire but, we were welcomed in! We also didn't know Shula's reputation and were delighted to find such an amazing restaurant in the hotel and that we got a table without a reservation (not that we would expect that again).
From start to finish our meal was BEYOND memorable! Every dish we ordered was amazing. We splurged on the Tomahawk steak and were amazed that they could cook

Shula's steakhouse was fantastic! I love a great filet. I ordered the 10 oz filet, wedge salad, and 3 sides- creamed spinach, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and Mac & cheese. All three sides were good. The sides were pretty basic, they were good but nothing special. Overall Great food and great service! If you're looking for a splurge night and your eating outside of a park, I am recommending.

Shulas is still one of the better steakhouse in the Disney area but certainly not the best steak ever. The meat quality and service have noticeably changed over the years from a premiere steakhouse to just another chain restaurant in a hotel. The wine selection has also changed quite dramatically. Luckily, they allow folks to bring in wine with a nominal corkage fee. Overall, a good restaurant but definitely needs some revitalization after COVID to making it a top notch steakhouse again.

This is an excellent steakhouse, especially after a long day at the Magic Kingdom. We were lucky that they had an opening for us 40 minutes before closing. We all got the 22 oz cowboy ribeye and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked at medium rare and there was enough marbling to make it juicy and yummy. The sides were very good. We got the sauté spinach, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. The Caesar salad was not as good as I expected. Too much dressing. We were so full so we didn't have any dessert. For Thinsulin fans, there's plenty of green light options.

My husband and I decided to give this place a try as we were staying at The Swan and it got good reviews on Yelp.
The ambience was great for a steakhouse. Our waiter Tyler and his assistant were terrific. Now, if only the food was excellent.
The Caesar Salad and the French Onion Soup were typical. The Porterhouse we shared was decent, but we've definitely had better. The Molten Chocolate Cake was good.
So basically we had a good standard steakhouse meal with great service in a comfortable place. So why only 3 stars? Well, my husband and I agreed that with all the options at Disney, we
