It was a very bad stay in november, my cousin left at frontdesk a brand new Nintendo switch for me, and Ada Eusebio received it and STAPLED (yes, stapled) a noted in front of the box with my cousins name, the staple went thru and DAMAGED the screen with 2 holes. When I put my complain, they did not say sorry or answered why stapled and not put a tape to the note, and did not wanted to pay for the damages.. Luckily I had the pictures when they staple it, but she said she was not going to be responsible.. worse experience ever

First of all, this place is listed as three star hotel, but it is actually a motel, q different kind of thought. The layout is a motel type, with simple finish, but it is new, a different style, clean, and kind of "modern".
The room is clean, hall is relatively big, things are new. It is two floors without elevator so lifting heavy luggage would be a challenge. Hotel styffs are nice and responsive. If you are not looking for a hotel type of hotel, this is a alternative. But I will I would realize it is different before I step in.

NO STARS!
The smoke detector went off at 4 AM! And couldn't be turned off. We had to grab all of our stuff (and an 11 month old baby) and move rooms. When we went to check out, I had to tell the front desk lady what happened and all she said was "that it happens from time to time" I asked for a refund, all they did was give me $7 off my stay. I am super annoyed about the situation. We were only there for the day and being up at 4 AM with an 11 month old was NOT FUN! So she had a rough morning. Super inconvenient and they didn't seem to care.

We stayed here 5 nights. It was OK but there were a few things I didn't like. We had prepaid our stay through AAA, so I was surprised when I checked in to find out I had to pay an additional $60 "resort fee." I hate surprises. They lost a star just for that.
The beds were comfy enough, but the rooms were so dimly lit. Just a couple of small lights, but the center of the room was always dark. The shower had only half a wall, so the floor was always wet after the kids showered. And our keys stopped working multiple times, requiring trips to the front desk to get new keys.

This is a great choice for the price range, especially during weekdays as the prices do change for the weekend. But the room was very nice, bathroom stocked with shampoo, body wash and conditioner in handy dispensers instead of little bottles you have to fumble and toss out. Free breakfast was a nice buffet style, more options than I usually see with sausage, eggs, vegetables, fruits and even packets to make your own oatmeal and hot chocolate. Great pool, one of the bigger ones I've seen for a hotel, wish I measured it to more accurately described it. Amazing beds, if I don't sleep in a good bed

We booked this hotel on our trip to Disney World in June based on the fact that they claim that they had a shuttle to take you from the hotel to the park. When we got there they said there was no such thing. Maybe a couple of years ago but they don't do that anymore. We had spoke to somebody at the front desk over the phone and not from the travel agent so we were lied to. The room itself was about on par with the Motel 6 as it was filthy, the bathroom had mold on the tile grout and on the floor. We had changed rooms and the same thing happened in the other room. Greenpoint was a life saver!! Last minute reservations with an early check-in !! First I would like to thank the staff Jesus because he really helped us out with getting a room with a early check in. We arrived a day early and plan to visit Disney World we had a Airbnb for the one day but we needed somewhere to put our bags and the Airbnb was not allowing an early check in so we first ended up at a another motel/hotel it was horribly horrible and we decided we couldn't stay there but with last minute changing our plans it was hard to find a cost efficient option; I found Greenpoint on Travelocity

My friends and I really only needed a place to shower and sleep for our trip to universal as we spend most of not all day at the park, which is why we went this low cost place. Initially everything was fine, the room was clean and worked well for what we needed. Our second night however, after arriving tired from the parks and wanting a good nights rest, the person next door starts blasting music from 9pm to around 10:30 pm. It stops and we are able to go to sleep. Suddenly around 2:30 AM they start playing the exact same beat on repeat incredibly loud for hours non stop and at this hour there

It is a good hotel and a good location too. They have a pool which was closed because of Covid I assume but no big deal. They provided breakfast but it was very simple because of Covid. They had oatmeal, packaged pastries, remade sandwiches, a waffle station and drinks and coffee. The beds are very comfortable here. I slept like a baby and woke up with no back or neck pain.

Been staying here with my girlfriend, and experience that we have had thus far is out of sight. Great concierge, equals great hospitality and that is what we have had. I definitely recommend it to anybody who stays in the Kissimmee area. Five stars
When we originally checked in, we have gotten the wrong room, and had request for an upgrade for a King bed suite. The concierge was gracious enough to allow us to upgrade with no charge.

Pros: Staff was great all around. Price. Great breakfast and laid out well for crowds. Location is good. Close to parks and a lot of restaurant options close by. Free parking. Comfortable beds. Good shower pressure.
Cons: There were tiny flies/gnats in the room, we killed about 20 during our stay. The TV stations are odd and the TV station numbers are a mystery. There is a lot of empty space in the room they could use for more hanging area for clothes or to put another counter (or luggage rack) there for suitcases. The bathroom is HORRIBLE for putting on makeup, not good lighting at all. It is

Clean and a great price for a short stay. Beds were not the comfiest and the room temp was difficult to manage but again, served as a place to rest our heads since we were at the parks the whole day.
They advertise they are 5 mins from Disney parks, which it took us about 20 mins from the hotel to parking at magic kingdom. Not what they claim but not to far with all things considered.

I booked this hotel online and wasn't really sure what to expect. The outside is deceiving as it looks like it's just another motel, but I found the lobby to be modern and welcoming, the staff was great and check-in was super quick. The room appeared clean and was comfortable enough for us just passing through for the night. I didn't care for the location because I prefer to stay away from all of the tourist traps and souvenir shops, but the price was great and there was a frree breakfast which made our morning a lot easier. All and all a nice Hotel, comfortable Full sized bed. Staying in a queen suite, but this is a full. Still comfortable though. Pillows are soft, Linens are soft. Updated look is very nice and clean cut. The shower is amazing. Waterfall style shower head. The organic Aloe Vera shampoo and conditioner are epic!! I am looking up the company to order it to ship to my house. My hair shined with one wash more than any other brand I have EVER bought off a shelf at a store.

Simple and to the point. The breakfast is quick and doesn't have too many options but has the necessities. The bed is comfortable. However my friend found a cockroach in the bathroom. No bueno. But I do understand that it's Florida and it's hot. Anywho we stayed one night and it was enough for me . We just wanted to go to Disney !

We traveled from Salt Lake City, got here so tired but I was happy I had made previous reservations. The front desk gal gives us a key for room 104 we went and opened the door and there was an older gentleman walking around naked. I went to the office and told the front desk gal and she said " is it occupied?? really??" Like I work here! isn't that their job?? anywho she gave me room 129 and when we opened the door, it was full of dead bugs about 40 all over the floor and beds! I wish I could post pictures! Stayed here for a couple of days and have to say the place doesn't look so exciting on the outside but the rooms are nice and so is the service. I did have a hiccup in the beginning due to booking the room wrong and instead of sending an email about it they just canceled it and gave to someone else. I know it's not fully their fault and it's the site we used but it was literally one day. Luckily we got it figured out but I paid for a day I didn't stay and had to wait till 4pm for next one (we got there at 10am....)

I would give this dirty motel 0 starts if I could. This place should be reported to the health department and the county for violations of health codes.

This was a very nice stay. Clean towels, clean room. Nicely decorated. Great rate. The continental breakfast was more than expected and included boiled eggs, fresh mini waffles, Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese.
