Cascadia completes regular drive, or walk-thrus of our neighborhoods on a routine basis to ensure that your neighborhoods look kept, and maintained. Please use the appropriate review process to make exterior changes to your home and landscape. Switch to paperless statements by completing the Opt-In Form to help reduce your community save money. Cut a check made payable to your association, then mail, or deliver the check to our office. By Julien Cayton Summer has come and gone.

We have been renting our home from Cascadia Management for going on 6 years now and we couldn’t be happier. We have not had any issues at all with the owner or the management company. They are super easy to work with and are always pleasant and professional. Highly recommend using!!

We have used Cascadia as our Property Manager for over 2 years. They are responsible for planning and supervision of the majority of our repair and maintenance work. They lead the procurement work, manage subcontractors and coordinate with our board regularly. They also perform our financial control and accounting functions. They work is performed openly, well coordinated with much integrity and honesty. Our plan is to continue working with Cascadia staff well into the future.

I served as President of an HOA and worked with Cascadia Management for the last three years and found them to be extremely professional and proactive. I worked directly with Julien Cayton and found him to be very knowledgeable about Oregon laws dealing with HOA's, he was aware of best practices used by other HOA's, and was very good at managing several contractors at a time.
Julien's attention to detail was very helpful for all the volunteer members of the HOA Board. He was always responsive when there were questions from either the Board and homeowners, no matter what the subject matter was

If I could give this zero stars I would. Julien is the worst manager I have ever seen try to manage. From not sending out notices for power washing and damaging items in my home, to sending a notice two hours before workers come to fix parking lot threatening to tow cars. The parking lot is never taken care of in the winter and he takes no responsibility. When asking him about these problems he has BLOCKED MY EMAIL! A resident! Who should be knowing what’s going on where I live. The whole management is trash. DO NOT use them for anything you want to be successful or taken care of. It simply will

What a trickster Ross is. WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY I have ever dealt with with.
No one returns phone calls, no one gives straight answers and they can’t even be bothered with specifics they are trying to fine you with, you’ll just have to guess. Not professional for HOAs.

Central Oregon Disaster Restoration has always been happy to work with Cascadia Management. Their staff is very responsive and hardworking!
