Here we summarize some of our packaged services for events prior to burial or entombment in a mausoleum. This is for a "traditional funeral" with a wake and viewing and formal funeral before going to the cemetery. Offers all the components of Package A except all services are with a closed casket with no viewing (no embalming).
We will arrange and direct a funeral service to be held at your church, at Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, or at the graveside of your cemetery. 6. Times for the calling hours are chosen by you, and there is no limit to the hours you may have. You choose the times: the night before the funeral, and/or the morning of the funeral.
This package has been designed to meet the requests of families that do not want or need all the components of a full service traditional funeral. You may be one who doesn't need to have an open casket viewing. You may not want calling hours or a wake.
Our Contemporary Funeral Package intends to make the ceremonies surrounding a death less drawn out, yet dignified, while still accommodating the religious preferences of the deceased prior to burial or cremation.If it is necessary for someone to view the deceased for identification purposes you may do it here in the privacy of Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home.

I want to thank Chris Ryan and his staff for being so helpful and passionate and arranging everything for our family. He did everything Perfect and it was such a beautiful service. Chris is professional, courteous, kind, and patient. He helped my family and I get the services we needed for my parents. He patienly answered all of our questions and took the time with us. During such a difficult time, you need someone that is going to be sensitive to your grief while providing services to lay them to rest. My parent's remains came back quick, Chris was quick to respond to any of my texts or calls. I appreciated his services. I highly recommend Gleeso-Ryan funeral home.

My mother passed away recently. Chris Ryan of Gleason-Ryan Funeral Home handled all of the arrangements. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his staff. Everything from the services to the arrangements at St. Peter’s Church were handled perfectly. He made a very difficult time for my brother and I very easy with his kindness, professionalism and attention to detail. Also, his staff was courteous and helpful at all times. I highly recommend Gleason-Ryan Funeral Home.

Horrendous service. Chris is rude obnoxious and pompous. Not once did he even offer condolences. He rescheduled the appointment without notifying me. He gave preference to the mother of the deceased over the father even though the mother would not pay one cent for the funeral. I would rate this place with zero stars if possible for everything from Chris himself down to his drivers. There are other options in town I strongly recommend you chose one of them

Chris Ryan is by far one of the nicest persons I have ever met. He is very professional and down to earth. Chris buried both of my parent within 3 months of each other and did an excellent job from beginning to end. Everything ran like clock work and I received so many complements at my parents calling hours about how wonderful and natural they both looked. Family and friends could not get over how beautiful and comfortable the funeral home is. I could never thank Chris Ryan enough for all he did during our time of great sorrows. This is a First Class Operation and his staff are some of the best

We have had several family members funeral services and one friends service there. In May, my Dad passed away and I contacted Chris Ryan. My experiences have been nothing short of perfection. I love the old fashioned, personal hands on involvement from a small town Funeral Home. I have been at other funeral homes in the past in many different towns and I found them to be extremely expensive, commercial and frustrating having to deal with several people. You are out of luck if you're looking for a simple funeral service which is what we wanted at Gleeson. Chris handled everything from start to finish
