Really upset and disappointed especially during the mist of a global pandemic. When we first moved in we received our lease a whole 24 hours later than the first of the month. We were rushed to have the lease signed and turned in immediately... even though we received our lease a day late. The second bedroom reeks of dog urine and the backyard still had dog feces matted into the turf. Multiple screens have fallen off and were even off prior to the move in. I’ve begged them to take care of the carpet because it’s a sanitary issue. I’ve even called the carpet company myself and they told me
