MGM Property Management

Great housing for SCSU students. Close enough to walk to campus (3-4 blocks). Easy bus access and very close to gas station/convenience store. Management is excellent, Maintanence address all concerns professionally and in a timely manner. 4/5 stars because the units could be upgraded to updated amenities (which would greatly increase the rent).

Management is very unprofessional , goes against lease , the won’t even send you a copy of the lease , make false accusations , racist , you are responsible for everything , there is no maintenance , you have to pay for everything and the quality of everything is definitely not with the rent . they invade your personal home and privacy . Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My old roommate and I lived a St Cloud Terrace apartments during our last 2 years of school at SCSU. The property manager Christie was so sweet and kind. The maintenance guy Jim was really friendly and always did a great job whenever we needed something fixed! Great property and location. Would rent from an MGM property again!

I have had the pleasure of living in NBS since 2004. In the last few years they've improved on an already awesome building, and really made it a true gem in Northeast. Any issues (which are rare) I've ever had were fixed/resolved promptly and properly. Everyone on the staff including the building manager, president, maintenance staff and care takers have been nothing but awesome and are genuinely friendly. Worst company to rent from, think before you sign a lease. There are far more better properties. Also, they are very rude with how they speak with people. I'm so happy that my lease is coming to an end so I can move out.

I have business here since 1996. Very friendly management, great place to live, clean, workout room, pool room and party room. Very close to downtown. I will highly recommend this place to be your home.

Wow. In my life, never seen such bad management. The onsite manger is so rude. Without any notice he goes to your room. The service is awful. When I rented the place. I mentioned I am going to be there for 9 months and they said is OK, so I leased the place but when I was going to leave by 9 months, the manger charged me for 12 months and they did not give my security deposit back.

I'm current resident of New Boston Square and I love it. I have been living here since march 2018. Since the day I contacted them for vacancy all I see is respectful and very professional staff. The place is quiet, clean and welcoming. Oh Love the coffee. I recommend this place.
