I purchased a Tiny House on Wheels (THOW) in August 2021 and was reassured by NOAH Cert that because it had their certification it meant to the consumer it was a quality built home and built to code. I messed up and did not have it professionally inspected upon delivery....I did not have power and water ready to hook up to it. I trusted the builder who insisted his reputation would ensure he took care of any issues........the roof leaked at all 3 skylights upon the first rain......the dishwasher never worked (it was a 2012 unit but the builder claimed it was new in a box from Ebay when he bought
