I've been a full-time home inspector for more than eight years now. Before that, I spent a year learning from my father, Jack Davis. I worked with him hands-on for a full year in order to become a professional home inspector. When I'm not finding and solving problems for home owners, I enjoy hiking and being outdoors.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Jeff Davis. He was the most responsive person from the inspectors I looked into. He was forthcoming with lots of information that helped me make decisions in the process of buying our home. He was also just a text, phone call or email away if any questions arose. His inspection was thorough and he helped my husband and I learn things about our new home.

Jeffrey Davis was able to work out a same day accommodation for me, was very kind to my family, thanked my wife and I for the work we do in these hard times, sent me the professional 4-point inspection report same day, and offered some helpful and friendly home upkeep and safety advice while present. Jeff provide our family peace of mind as we purchased our home from out of state due to covid. His prompt and thorough inspection allowed us to negotiate a better deal as well as close sooner and move in within days. To add to the above, there was a discrepancy with the AC and Jeff was immediately at the house the next day and the owner agreed to add a full warranty.
Overall a great experience even if it was from 1500 miles away.
