With an insurance policy renewal looming, I needed a wind mitigation inspection ASAP. My previous inspector was out of business and the insurance company's recommendation was backlogged for weeks. I called Kevin and he instructed me to text him with some information. I was skeptical about this process, but to his credit replied to my text within 30 minutes and we scheduled the inspection for the next afternoon. He had a cancellation and asked if he could come early, which was fine. He arrived on time, performed the work and I had my inspection report within a few hours! OUTSTANDING!
