I am looking for a new dentist. Let me explain and warn you. I am one of 3 ppl I know that have gone there n gotten root canals that didnt get done n had to end up losing teeth bc they didnt consult the insurance companies before putting a whole in your tooth. The cleanings part is good. The tooth pulling is meh, a little rough, but they get it done. Just never get a root canal here ever

Can never get a hold of them to set up an appointment my son had a 6 month cleaning check up and I received no reminder text/call when I tried to call the month of his appointment to figure out what day it was on they never answer and I tried calling them about 6 times a day I left a voicemail and they still never called me their communication sucks

I have been going to this place for years never had trouble with them. But I been calling them to set up appointment to get one of my tooths looked at because it's been really hurting. I left them three voice mails and told them why I was calling. Gave them my name and number. I even waited a week but they never call me back.

My dad needs to be seen , as soon as I call the office I was able to talk with the Dr and she told me to bring him to the office the same day , I really appreciate that , she did great job as always, she is my Dr for 15 years and the only thing I can tell you, always she was there when I need it. The guy at the desk, the one did the X-ray for him but also the lady who does the oral cleaning was very kind and gentle . Thanks for all you do.

I was told by my sons dentist he needed to see an orthodontist. It took three phone calls to get an appointment because they kept telling me to call back a different day. The day we went in we checked in by a10 year old kid sitting at the desk, who reported to one of the nurses who seemed to be his mom, we waited an hour to get taken into the back, there is no privacy between patients because there are no rooms just dentist chairs seperated by shelving, I didn't get paperwork to fill out until after my son was already in the chair, didnt give his insurance card back I had to ask for it, and then

Let me start by saying that I HATE giving bad reviews. Most of the time, I’d rather say nothing at all. But since this place plays a role in human health I felt it necessary to say that when looking for a quality dentist you should look elsewhere. The wait is a wait, most Dr. offices have them, that didn’t bother me. The lack of personalized care is a bit bothersome. Like others have reported the Dentist walks back and forth between rooms. Every time I’ve gone to this dentist it’s been a hour and a half wait which I cut them a break for every time I’ve gone cause they were so busy but I’ve called 4 times today and the put me on hold every time they answered just for it to say that the voicemail box was full and for it to hang up on me. If I can’t at least cancel my appointment the first time or leave a message we have a problem!! Super pissed and after today I’m leaving this dentist😡😡😡 absolutely unexpectable!!!

This was my first time appointment to the Dentist in years, and I must say I was Very Impressed! The office was nice and the Staff was very helpful in helping me start a treatment plan to get me back on track for the New Year, Saturday hours are Perfect for me due to my work Schedule, I called on Wednesday and I was seen on Saturday, no more waiting weeks to get an appointment, "Now That's What I'm Talking About!!!! I had a Wonderful experience, Clean Office, Friendly Staff and Excellent Service, that's All you can ask for! Even though they are only open in Brewerton on the Second, Third and Fourth Saturday of the month from 8 am to 12 pm the Doctor assured me that they would be able to accommodate me at anytime in one of their other 4 locations during the week incase of an Emergency. That was very reassuring to me and my Family, I hope this was helpful for Anyone who is looking for a Great Dental Office, they came Highly recommended by my Co worker and I Highly recommended them to you!
