Services
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. We are a fee for service practice that will submit all of your insurance claims to maximize your insurance benefit.
Thank you for choosing our office, where we have created a comfortable environment in which you can feel confident about the dental care you receive. During your first visit, our objective is to get to know you better, to become familiar with your past dental experiences and to establish a treatment plan that will best meet your dental needs.
A. The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends visiting a dentist at least twice a year for a check-up and a professional cleaning. Our office also recommends a minimum of two visits per year. A. Please call our office as soon as you determine that you have a dental emergency. If you have a dental emergency during regular business hours, we will be glad to work you into our schedule.

I have been a patient of this practice since I was a child, and now my own children are patients. I trust them completely. Dr. Tromblee is outstanding! He and Dr. Forth have the cleanest and most modern office and all of the latest and greatest technology. They make it a pleasure to go to the dentist!

Dr. Tromblee takes excellent care of his patients, including myself and my developmentally disabled daughter. My daughter was traumatized by a previous dental experience, but he put her at ease immediately and she actually looks forward to her visits now! This staff goes over and above to ensure patient comfort, fully explaining any procedures and/or concerns you may have. I can't speak highly enough of them!

Absolutely gorgeous office, very warm and welcoming, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I saw Dr. Forth; she is amazing! My hygienist today was equally amazing, Karen. Could not ask for a better experience! I do not like going to the dentist as a rule. But I will make an exception for these wonderful people!! Bonus - they have back massagers in their chairs!! Awesome!!
