I can't say enough good things about this office! This is honestly the best dental practice I have ever been a patient of. Dr. Grossman and his staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly, and they do a great job making me feel at ease during my appointments. Dr. Grossman is gentle, knowledgeable, and really cares about the comfort and health of his patients!
I also really appreciate that I never have to wait long before being seen before my appointment. They do a really great job of keeping on schedule, but not making you feel rushed either. Dr. Grossman and his staff do a great job taking

Had my first appt with Dr. Michael J. Romano, DDS - He listens and gives easy to understand honest feedback. Strong interpersonal skills and his staff is great! The overall office has a welcoming atmosphere. Process and costs are given in detail and in writing. Highly recommend. Rec'd a message on my cell phone this morning - it was Dr Romano checking on my status!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Clarke last night and I had a very good experience, I would definitely recommend going to Summit.
I live in the Ithaca area and many of the dentists near me had very scary reviews or were only booking six months out, so I found them by looking for Syracuse area dentists. Even though they are booked for a while, they offered to put me on the cancellation list and were able to get me in very quickly.
The receptionists are all very professional, kind, and very helpful through the whole process. I didn't wait past my appointment time to be seen, which is
