Staff was very nice but the dentist was very cold and unfriendly. She told me I needed to have crowns on 2 of my teeth that I just got like 2 months ago. I went in to have an inplant done on one of my front tooth and was told no I don't need that.. she wanted to do something different. When I want the inplant and she said no. I think they are just try to get more money. I did not feel comfortable with the dentist. I don't recommend this place

I was very impressed with the customer service, competency of the staff, and they were able to get me in right away. I called because I was in a lot of pain and needed a tooth extracted. They went above and beyond and got me in the next day for a consult. The day after that my tooth was extracted and a graft was put in. They found two cavities… that I was totally unaware that I had. The Prosthodontist that I had Dr. Singh is amazing. He was able to easily numb my mouth and he and his assistant Bobby was extremely pleasant. The financial secretary Linda and the secretaries were so friendly

All of the staff here is so wonderful. There is not one single person I have come across who is not personable, respectful and kind. I have been going to Stone for a couple of years now. Earlier this week I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and was very anxious beforehand. Lori (apologies if this is not the correct spelling) and Dr. Hobert put me right… at ease and they did a phenomenal job. It was as painless as it could get. Stone dentist was amazing!! Front desk staff are so kind and helpful and saved me such a hassle they were able to get me in for a same day consultation and next day cleaning!!! the process was easy and efficient and painless, the technician and hygienist were super skilled and professional and I definitely would recommend anyone to this dentist office and would return!

This place is horrible- the dentist was miserable- my tooth still hurts and is bleeding after 9 months - they quoted me a price I paid it then billed me for more saying my insurance didn't pay enough but I was told at the start they already had talked to them - how the office manager came up with prices is sketchy- you got pulled in a back office - numbers thrown at you scratched off and new ones added - it was shady -

By far one of the best Dental locations in the Cicero area. Location is convenient, and the staff is great from the front check-in through to check-out. Bobby the X-ray tech is amazing! He takes extra time to explain what step he is on and to ensure a pain free process. I am 31 years old and have never had such a painless experience before, Thank You Bobby. I most recently had a cavity filled by Dr. Yu. He was very good at what he did, and was very thorough. So good I didn't even feel the needle. Awesome experience here, you won't regret switching over.

Be prepared to spend a lot of your time waiting. My first appointment took over 2 hours and all they did was take x-rays and take very quick look inside my mouth. My second appointment involved just as much waiting. My appointment was over 30 minutes ago and I haven't even made it into the exam room yet. On the bright side, this is where I can get most of my reading done.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. A routine wisdom took extraction by Dr. Moses resulted in me having to be rushed to the ER by ambulance, needing a blood transfusion, being placed on life support on a ventilator and spending days in the ICU. The ER and ICU doctors said they've never seen anything like it before. I had ICU doctors telling me they don't won't to get their wisdom teeth removed now. I'm lucky to be alive, I almost died. On top of that the dental staff failed to give the EMTs my demographic information so I was admitted under an alias. It took hours

I have been going to Stone Dentistry for the past 15 years. The are always professional and pleasant.
A couple of weeks ago they re-lined my lower plate and when I got home I realized I couldn't wear it because it really hurt. When I called Tammi, the mgr, she asked me to come right back in.
When they finished working on my lower plate it fit perfectly. I tested it on some baby back ribs and no problem.
I highly recommend Stone. You should go there. You will not be disappointed.

This review pertains mostly for Dr Kenny. For starters Dr did not introduce himself at the beginning, I had to ask who he was. I went to have decalcification removed from four front top teeth by the dentist I had been seeing previously but ended up being seen by this Dr Frankenstein. He did not inform me about a thing pertaining to the procedure prior to beginning other than we can get that off. He did not inform me that he'd be shaving my teeth. I was thinking more like buffering. He also did not inform me that he'd be putting filling material on top of teeth after

I was seated at 8 am for my 8 am appointment.. and that's it.. I was just seated. No cleaning, no exam- nothing. I was ignored foe 20+ minutes when I finally stopped one of the hygienists to ask where the dentist Naveed Aman was. She admitted he wasn't even In the building yet! ( it was 8:20 am.. my appt was at 8-Arrogant SOB)
When he finally showed up, & settles himself in , I told him how unprofessional and rude he was by being over 1/2 hour late to work when he has a patient waiting ..
He of course validated his unprofessionalism by sticking the mirror in my mouth

All and all it was a good experience. My only complaint was that the Dentist was late for every morning appointment I booked. Very annoying. I got the impression that no ones time was as important as his time. That being said EVERYONE else in that office are super nice and professional. They always got me in when I needed to get in and were extremely knowledgable.

The worst experience I've ever had a dentist office!!! The dentist was extremely unprofessional, late and told me he could not finish the work he promised he would complete and that I had to come back an additional 3 times in order to complete my dental work. He fought with me and made up excuse after excuse why he was late and rushing through my appt. He obviously has way too many patients and can not manage his time. I will never go here again.
