I called BT for an inspection and it was scheduled within 3 days. He arrived early for the appointment. However after the inspection was, "completed", I realized a lot of important safety issues had not been checked or addressed. His fee of $560 was exhorbitant.The inspection report was compiled immediately and sent to me electronically. It was NOT fully inclusive. When I ordered a new gas range 2 days later, I learned that BT had never checked behind the range to make sure that the gas hookup was safe.There was a gas leak that he should have detected and reported. We all could have died! There

We had a great experience with BT from Norman Home Inspections. Had the pleasure of working with BT on our new home inspection .. and wow ! they were above & beyond what I had expected. been through an inspection before & I assumed that all home inspectors were the same. I recently used Norman for my home inspection and I enjoyed the experience. He was able to do the inspection on short notice, and had open communication even before the inspection. During the inspection he was very professional and nice to work with. Norman asked if there is anything we were concerned about in the unit that we wanted him to cover. From there, he went through the unit thoroughly and ensure to cover every detail. He was open to us either going with him in the unit, or just looking around until he was done.
