Replace burned out bulbs to avoid "Light is inoperable" report that may suggest an electrical problem. Remove stored items blocking access to HVAC equipment, electric service panels, water heaters, attics, and crawl spaces. Unlock areas the inspector must access -attic doors or hatches, electric service panels, closets, fence gates, and crawl spaces.

He is a really great home inspector, and I can really tell that he’s passionate about what he does. My fiance and I have been trying to find our first home and Dale has been so helpful! Wow! He took us through the whole house pointing out tips that whole way.
