Dave did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He took the time to explain each detail and did not hesitate to answer our questions along the way (my wife and I had a lot of them). This is my second home, and I can confidently say Dave went above and beyond with the inspection. DAVE did an OUTSTANDING job on our inspection. My husband and I are first time home buyers so as you know the whole process is a little stressful from getting docs in on time to choosing the right home. Dave was super responsive and flexible with a one day grace period. Dave arrived 10 mins early and was already at work. He was super clear on what he was doing and walked us through everything. When it came to the inspection summary it was super detailed with photos and videos. The easiest part of our home buying !

We are so happy that we used Dave to do our home inspection! He is so detail oriented and inspects homes as it were a home he was purchasing for his family. He went above and beyond and thoroughly inspected, what was going to be our future home and saved us from some major issues. It could be frustrating for all first time home buyers. So many steps and people are involved. We found Dave online and knew within the first conversation he was going to be our guy! He sent over an email with his work in detail and when it came time to decide, his name stood out. He did a great job with the inspection and did a walk through with me. He explained things to me in ways that I would understand. (Since i was clueless on what I needed to look for). He then followed up with a detailed report on the inspection with photos. We had a wonderful experience with Dykeman Home Inspection. Our home inspection was very thorough and professionally done. As first time home buyers David took the time to explain in detail how to work, maintain and how often to service major components of the home. The report he provided was very detailed. Pictures were very clear and sounds in the recording were clear as well. The website provided is very user friendly and allowed us to forward the information directly to our Attorney. We also had the option to create a list from the report of our concerns instead of forwarding the whole report
