I decided last minute that I wanted to get highlights and since I’ve always had a good experience with haircuts here I decided to go and see if they had time to color my hair. They got me right in because they weren’t too busy. Rachel took care of me. She went the extra mile to make sure I was going to like my hair once we were done and she did an amazing job! I will definitely come back to see her!

This place is one of the better places in Tulsa to get a haircut. I mainly say this because most of the hair stylists do a good job. Regardless of the place the hair stylist is the most important, which is why I'm giving a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review. While most of my haircuts here have been good there have been several rare occasions where I get a hair stylist who does a terrible job. So regardless of the place, if you find a hair stylist who cuts your hair well, remember their name and try to come in whenever they can cut your hair if you don't want an awkward haircut

I've always people whom received a bad hair cut.
But mine is the worst.
I've been going there for 9 years. Always received the same hair cut. Clipper cut using guard 1 then 2 finally 3 on top I had no idea she was shaving my head. It's awful. I had to go buy knit caps to wear in public. It took 3 days until I showed my hair my cut as I wouldn't even take the cap off at home or to bed. I have clipper grooves on my scalp. I'm sorry the girls that work for her doesn't like her but she shouldn't take it out on the client.
I cried all the way home.

My daughter went in to get a trim, nothing else. She has engagement pictures Monday! They cut a bunch of bangs that she told them she did not want. She thought they were just going to trim, nope they cut it off. Before they made the first cut she started telling them no but they didn't listen and cut. It's completely uneven as well!! You get what you pay for they are horrible!! Never will use them again!

Really disappointed with the level of customer service today. I called ahead and they said I don't need to put my name down. I walk in and they say it'll be 45 min. Another man walks in literally right after and said he called ahead and it'll only be 10 minutes. I don't mind waiting but disappointed that whoever was on the phone with me didn't get my name. Sunday's are busy days, I get that... but that's just bad customer service plain and simple.

Good cuts good prices. But expect a long wait because you will be waiting on a hairdresser to cut your hair but they are waiting on a customer who is late for their scheduled appointment and then when they finally get you in the chair because the customer with the appointment is 20 minutes the customer will come in and scream about not being able to be seated immediately despite having an appointment and then you the customer have to be put on hold while your hairdresser deals with the screaming person.

Very impressed with this place. The prices are more than fair. Clean, nice atmosphere, and the girls working there are very nice. The young lady that cut my hair, Destiny, was very personable and did a great job. I was really happy with how she cut mine. I highly recommend the tea tree treatment/scalp massage.Looking forward to going back.

Lexus needs to be spanked and sent to her room for playing with scissors. This Little millennial does not understand the concept of even! Her hobbies are arguing with customers and topiary work. Its a very nice salon with decent hair products. I got there to get my haircut, I didn't like the result, also administration definitely wasn't respectful about time management. I came on time but had to wait another 15 minutes. When the hairdresser told me that I am good to go, my hair was still wet and it was freezing in Tulsa. I explained to her that I won't go with wet hair outside, and all I heard is "sorry, next client is already here, you should be good". $19 won't worth the experience and attitude. This is my go to salon for cut and color! They are super meticulous and enthusiastic about the art and science of the style and color combination. I always feel like I'm at an Uber high end salon but the price doesn't break the bank. I went in on Sunday, Labor Day weekend. Elaine was my stylist. For the 1st time, I was actually listened to. She spent enough time working through a plan with good style and within my budget. I would recommend them to anyone, especially people from small towns looking for a great experience without the fear of the unknown! Very capable, very professional!

I've had nothing but amazing service here. I've been specifically using Haley to cut my hair now for almost 3 years. She is friendly and very particular about cutting hair and making sure it looks great. I do call in ahead but still have to wait sometimes but that's because they are trying to accommodate both walk-ins and call-ins. I feel like this system could use some work but it doesn't bother me to the point of madness. Every time I've come in I've always been greeted. I normally go to their Riverside location but the 2 times I went to Brookside were awful. The first time I was the only customer there and just got a cut and after I kept feeling self conscious that spots were missed and uneven but convinced myself I was imagining things until I saw my normal girl on Riverside and she immediately asked who'd cut my hair (she asked if I'd let a friend do it or something).
