This is an update to my previous five star review. I went for years for my haircuts but when I called to make an appointment recently I was told I had to leave my credit card number on file. I told the receptionist that I wasn't comfortable with this, and the answer was simply no haircut for me. There was absolutely no other option given. So, if you trust that this hair salon can protect your information, good luck.

I love this salon and absolutely love Joshua! This was my first time seeing Joshua and wow was I impressed. It can be a little nervous going to a new stylist, especially with platinum hair but he did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, he knew exactly how to prepare my product to match my existing color and his confidence put me at ease immediately. I really appreciated that he let me take my time to decide if I should add toner or not and he wasn't bothered that I was unsure. I did go for the toner. Joshua's personality is very engaging and I felt right at home. The salon

I'M LATE! One week to be exact but I would like to thank Mary and Robert for the opportunity and experience of being their hair model for the Zoom hairshow last Monday! It was awesome! You all are the best! Getting a free cut by a couple of the top professionals in the industry!?! I almost want to say it doesn't get any better than that - but it does! Their son, Reed, was there helping out as well and I got to see them all in action as a family. The salon wasn't open but they all were still very professional, friendly and as hospitable as ever. A fantastic team of hairstylists! I have a new favorite now. They did a great job of giving me the look that I want. The talented artists in this salon surely know what they are doing. They are all professionals and there are no words enough to thank them. I would do more business with them in the near future and recommend them to other people who are tired of their old style.

After so many years leaving in Us I was terribly missing a Brazilian doing my long hair. Than I came to Robert Cromeans Salon and met Gabriella Pallarini and felt my prayers were listened. Not only she is a sweetheart but she has so much knowledge and she is a real expert with hair. She listen to my requests and a true detail oriented. My hair lasts longer and I am always receiving complements. So happy I found Gabi.
The whole experience is so relaxing and the ambiance is chic and cool. They have a specific room with the perfect lighting just for hair color.
