Our program is a great way for them to get the activity they need plus have greater self-esteem and respect for themselves and others through the discipline provided by Martial Arts. Our program will enhance the student's physical capabilities and maximize his/her self-defense skills. The style we have created focuses on core strength using centuries old techniques while providing modern self-defense.

Our daughter takes classes at her daycare and she just loves it! She is 4.5 years old and her self confidence is booming when it comes to self defense. She comes home and loves to show us what she learned from Master James. So convenient and a great extra curricular! Definitely recommend Lone Star Self Defense if you're considering signing your child(ren) up!

The kid's Martial arts paid off today. I was at Home Depot with all three and as usual they were horse playing. My son slid into my youngest from behind taking her feet out from underneath her. She did a back fall perfectly instead of a broken skull she never even stopped laughing. Thanks Lonestar Defense and Master James Stewart.

Great teacher, the martial art style is a great mix of various martial arts. The self-defense is very practical and the teacher makes an effort to make sure it is realistic and effective. He also is very open to questions. If anyone is interested in learning martial arts, I would highly recommend this place.

I would love to give it more, but I can't. The customer service is awful. After I posted a review about how classes are cancelled and nobody is notified, and how parents are allowed to interrupt classes, I was asked to remove it. So disappointing... There's way better places out there, I've been to 2 and going back to them.
I was asked to remove a review on facebook. I served my country for 12 years, I'll be damned if some kid is going to let his wife "bust his balls" as he said, to remove my post. I fought for that right, and I will post exactly how awful the communication and waste of time
