Elevate Physical Therapy
We provide a mobile, concierge physical therapy model to help our clients reduce pain, improve mobility and strength, avoid falls and maximize function in order to age safely at home. By accomplishing this, our clients are able to remain active in their community, maintain their social lives and physical independence.

During your initial evaluation, an in-depth physical assessment and an individualized treatment plan will be created, aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together. This will lay the foundation for the rest of your plan of care. If you have ever received physical therapy at an insurance-based outpatient clinic, you may be wondering how this model differs.

Devon is a native to Phoenix, Arizona and has treated clients all over the Valley. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University, and with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. The Functional Futures Home Modification Collective is an in-home consulting practice specializing in helping aging adults preserve their independence at home. Dr. Devon Turnbull (physical therapist) and Dr. Emily Reilly (occupational therapist) created this partnership in order to provide a more comprehensive solution to their clients.
This book will teach you how to start controlling these tricky, but avoidable, aspects of aging. Designed for adults aged 40 and up, Dr. Devon Turnbull draws from her experience treating this population to analyze the key changes our bodies go through as we age. She addresses the most common conditions she treats and provides actionable steps that any adult can and should fit into their daily life.

Dry needling gets its name from the needles that are inserted into the body during a PT session. They are referred to as "dry" because they do not deliver medicine or anything else into the body. Instead, the needles themselves are the treatment. This is not the same as acupuncture, which also uses dry needles.

Devon was an excellent PT who came to my house for individaul sessions and was kind and thorough. In addition, she listened carefully to my goals and fears and came up with a good list of things to try between sessions to maximize improvement. She was recommended specifically by my Phys. Med and Rehab doctor and I can see why.

Dr. Devon was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate when working with my mother to help her recover from a recent fall and regain her confidence and strength. She continues to work with her on a regular basis to keep her strong and prevent future falls and we are beyond satisfied with the quality of care and results!
