Pain and sports medicine expert Dr. Jeffrey Haggquist leads a team of highly skilled therapists who create a recovery approach just for you. Because Dr. Haggquist works so closely with the rest of the staff, we're an excellent choice for diagnosis and treatment of complex cases. Our practice offers an effective combination of osteopathic manipulation and AIS (active isolated stretching) therapy.
Our therapists work one-on-one with you, rather than in a group. We have regular team meetings to discuss our patient's progress and treatment plan. We believe treatment works best when you are educated and empowered, so we take the time to make sure you understand what's happening every step of the way, and work together with you to achieve success.

Services
Along the way we'll help you develop a better understanding of your own body, and ways to improve functionality for life. Osteopathic manipulative treatment - the hallmark of osteopathic medicine, which emphasizes hands-on care by the physician to diagnose, treat, and prevent illness and injury. Somatic re-education - a mind-body approach that targets the way the brain senses and organizes muscles and movement.
Your initial visit will be 90 minutes, which includes 40-60 minutes with Dr. Haggquist. He'll review your medical history, conduct a comprehensive physical exam, discuss your goals and priorities and create a personalized treatment plan. The rest of your first appointment will be spent with one of our highly skilled therapists getting started on treatment.

Please note that the move schedule is subject to change. Rest assured that patients with scheduled appointments will be given regular updates regarding any changes to the plan!

My evaluation and treatment has been the most thorough I received in over a 2 year struggle with sciatica. The commitment of the practice to get to the bottom of my problem, communicate with the other doctors involved and include me.
Outstanding PT has reengaged me in stretching and strengthening, always stopping when in pain and teaching me to find my way out of pain right then and there.
Bravo Quist MD !!!

I first saw Dr Haggquist while rehabbing my shoulder. I had such great success that I went back after having 3 vertebrae fused in my neck. He helped me increase my range of motion from 15 degrees to as much as 60 degrees. He truly cares about his patients and strives to help resolves my issues in anyway possible.

Unquestionably, the best in the field and a few notches above all the other PT / Sports Medicine specialists, by whom I have been treated before (and I must say all of them are very good) in the region. Their diagnosis make perfect sense and their suggested treatments are spot on. I am extremely happy as I finally feel I will be ok after battling with few nagging injuries (jumper knee and golf elbow) and post-surgery rehabilitation (rotator cuff) for the past few years.

I'm a huge fan of Dr. Haggquist. I saw him several times a few years ago and just came back today (the hiatus was due to my own reasons). He had clearly taken time to read over all his notes so we could pick up basically where we left off. I was quite impressed.
Throughout every visit, he listens closely and explains thoroughly. I particularly like his attitude -- he comes across as super nerdy and not at all arrogant, like he gets to geek out about musculoskeletal issues all day and loves his life because of it. He always brings an assistant with him for the visit, which has two positive

I was referred to Dr. Haggquist by my mother who went to him for neck pain. She went a few times and then started doing the stretches they taught her at home.
I had some minor aches and pains - my wrist from typing all day, and my knees from martial arts - but no real injuries.
My first visit was a two hour session with Dr. H himself (I think subsequent visits are usually held with physical therapists, once they know what you need). He identified a couple of problems with my posture and suggested I start lifting heavier weights (squatting, etc.).
