Came in asking for an oil change already having the oil and filter of my choice to be used, an old and extremely RUDE man tried to charge me $72 for it, ridiculous!
Found another mechanic place nearby with a way better customer service and paid a fair price for it, had my car ready to go in less than an hour

I went there to get my inspection sticker and they determined that the car needed front end work. The showed me the shake in the wheel which was less than what I would expect that is needed to replace a ball joint. When I examined the used parts the rubber bushing in the ball joint was not warn. The ball joint was cut in half with a torch to make it look as if it were in bad shape. There is no need to cut a ball joint in half to remove from the front end. I feel as though I was taken advantage of by not knowing or being able to check with a dealership the amount of play specifications acceptable

Richard was unbelievably helpful. I went in for a small issue which turned into a more complicated situation. Richard helped talk me through the steps and was accommodating. He made a potentially stressful situation routine. My service was performed quickly and to full satisfaction. Honest and quality work.

My car was towed here at the recommendation of AAA. I wasn't sure what to expect because as a young female I always fear being taken advantage of by car repair shops. My car was left in their parking lot late at night, so I called at 8:00AM on Saturday morning to inform them of the piece of rubber I hit while driving and to see if they would have time to look at my car. The guy said he would call me back in 2 to 3 hours after looking at my car. I was immediately thankful that they were able to look at my car that day. Surprisingly he called me back in an hour. He told me my car was fine except
