Our team of certified coaches lead each client through a program that is specifically designed to help them achieve their goals. Whether you are an adult that is looking to lose weight, gain strength or move better, or an athlete that wants to stand out for recruiters or earn a starting position, we can help you get to the next level.
We believe that every person moves differently and needs a plan that is customized to them. We also believe that training should be fun, that you don't need someone hovering over you during your entire session and you should have a great community of people that support and encourage you on your journey.
Are you an athlete that is transitioning back to sports after an injury or physical therapy? Are you an adult that has a nagging injury that keeps you from moving the way you want or keeps you from working out? Our Recovery Zone is designed to help you move well, build confidence as you move back to sports or get rid of those annoying injuries that keep you from being your best.
Sports Performance Sessions run on a 12 week program (3 months) and each session is 1 hour and fifteen minutes. Life happens, we get it! We would love for you to make up any sessions missed throughout your 12 week program. Our only request is that you try making them up within the 12 week program we are currently in by coming additional sessions during a week.

I can’t say enough good things about Movement Fitness and it’s staff! Customize workout programs that have helped me achieve my fitness goals. I am not an athlete and if anyone would have told me a year ago that I would be working out with weights and other equipment at a gym 4-5 times a week I wouldn't have believed it but the team at movement fitness is that good. I am so thankful for them and the semi personal training is worth every penny, I cannot thank them enough. I never feel judged, just challenged(in the best way) and encouraged to press on towards my goals.

Since our daughter Carmela had been going to Movement Fitness she not only has become stronger and faster but her confidence has gone through the roof. The team they have there care for each and every person that comes through door. They are very friendly and easy going and knowledgeable about what they do.
