It's obvious that their jewelry is five stars. Unfortunately, this is not a restaurant, I can't say... just deal with the waiter because the food is amazing! Customer service is critical in high end retail and at this store it's a critical flaw. My husband made an appointment to look at some items to commentate a special occasion. The representative made it feel like she was doing us a favor, had almost nothing in stock (which I'm not holding against anyone because of pandemic related production issues), but kept saying if you had an appointment, I could've gather the items

I came here some months ago. I hadn't planned to come to the store, but I was on my way to an appointment which was in the area and I decided to stop in and try on some jewelry. I was dressed very casually because I wasn't planning on coming here. I was a little bit nervous that I would get the cold shoulder because of my attire and because I didn't have an appointment but the service representatives were very helpful to me regardless. I was working with Ara, who was an absolute pleasure. He was super patient with me as I tried on different styles and gave me some of his recommendations

Honestly didn't expect much from the store. My finance and I were merely stopping by to make sure that they didn't have something better than what we already had in mind, but they did! So long story short, we were assisted by the sales advisor Helene, who was taking walk-in clients and made our purchase. It helped that she was very nice and knowledgeable.

I had such a visceral reaction to how my boyfriend and I were treated that I had to take a long shower when I got home. The SA's there could ruin an engagement, and turn what should be a fun experience into a nightmare. We wouldn't have gone in if we couldn't afford it, and they made us feel like complete trash.

Screw this clip joint and everybody in it. We were treated abominably. Evidently, irrespective of how much money you may actually have, if you don't *look* it, you'll be dissed and/or ghosted. I mean, Tiffany's is for tourists, but you'll have access to good stuff. And they'll TALK to you. Cartier? Bit of a time capsule, but great stuff available and, again, they'll TALK to you. We ended up getting our rings at Michael C. Fina, where we were treated like HUMAN BEINGS. It's a shame they closed. All this by way of saying, if you're a scumbag, you'll probably

Came into the store with my boyfriend on July 19, 2018 just being adventurous and window-shopping around. My boyfriend and I were all gross from walking around in the heat, we're a young couple (19 years old, 20 years old), and I was dressed extremely casual with no makeup and no jewelry on. Even though it must have appeared obvious we didn't look like potential buyers, the security guards inside were warm and smiled and greeted us when we walked in. The sales executive, Demond Monteilh offered us water and was so amazingly kind and informative about the jewelry that Harry Winston's had to offer

Very bad purchase experience here.
First of all, Harry Winston has very vague resize and return policies. I have not been able to find any documentation of the policies on their official website. Do double check and get a written copy of their resize and return/refund policies before purchase in store if possible.
Secondly, the sales person seems to be nice only before the purchase. After you have made the payment, if there are any issues, you will see a different attitude even if it's their responsibility/mixup in failing to deliver what was promised.
Wasted a lot of time with the purchase

What a great experience; second to none. We were helped by Mark P. and he is absolutely outstanding. Courteous, knowledgeable (many years of experience with high end jewelers), meticulous attention to detail and extremely helpful. Mark spent MANY hours listening and helping us find the ideal ring and never once did we feel rushed or pressured. In fact, he never tried to sell us a ring but was critically important in helping us buy the perfect ring.
We stopped by HW a few weeks ago to have the ring fitted and brought our children as we were visiting from out of state. Mark went the extra mile

Wow. It actually hurts me to write this review because 6 weeks ago, if you asked me about our experience with HW, I would have had nothing but praises.
Unfortunately, when your ring needs to get repaired, it's another case.
We were engaged last March so I had had my ring for a little more than a year when this happened. I'm not entirely sure how the ring even became damaged in the first place. The shank actually broke right where they had soldered it when it was resized. Was I sad? Yes, absolutely. Every girl becomes extremely attached to their engagement ring. It's not the ring

Interesting experience. I was in the market for a yellow diamond solitaire for my wife. I had already been to Tiffany's and saw several rings. Price range $5K - $10K. I had no idea what to expect from H-W because, though I've passed it many times, I was always too intimidated to enter. So now that I'm ready to spend some serious coin, I figure I can go in and hold my head up. I did, and mentioned that I was looking for a yellow diamond ring, 0.5 carat to 1.0 carat.
The sales woman was nice enough, and I wasn't made to feel like a fool, but she showed me an $80K ring (2

Ok, I know I'm on 5th Ave. I get that Harry Winston is like "Whoa" in all the movies but I'm sure they have something for commoners too right? Wrong. We walked in looking for a wedding band and what is $2-4k at the other Jewelers (Cartier, Bulgari, DY etc) is over $6.5k here. And they only had like 5 bands! Wow. Walk in, Walk Out.
