As customers, you are responsible for following all instructions and providing us with an accurate mold impression. After receiving the product, the customer has 7 days to notify our team for any defects or issues. Under this period, we will make one free adjustment. If the customer refuses to remold, then the customer will be notified with the following options via email:.

Out of towner here. Highly recommended by some friends, I initially stopped by the store with my girlfriend as she was interested in some rings. The staff was very helpful and fun to talk to. I personally didn't get anything at that time, but I was interested in getting grillz and possibly a solid gold chain.

Very bad work, the earrings that I bought for my daughter did not last only two months, the crystals that had the piece fell off, it was very fragile, I went to ask for a repair which despite not having more than two months of purchase they charged me and they did not do the repair well, I do not recommend it

The Asian lady rushed me out to fast. I liked my grill but was too tight and the guy when bending it to form damaged the front. One tooth was to clamped in it was damn near shifting my tooth. I just would have liked if they took there time on making sure it fit and was comfortable . Took me 2 days to figure it out thank god I didn’t damage it. Also they told me $150 I asked may I have fangs they went up to $180 just to not give me fangs and rush me out after I said this isn’t what I paid extra for

Don't ever go here the worst jewelry place in Houston. I brought my wedding ring to get fixed since I heard my diamond was a bit loose. She charged me $50 dollars and said to come back in 1 hour. I came back to… pick it up and still heard it moving she insisted it was fixed we went back and forth and I was like ok let me trust her. 5 days later my diamond fell off. I came to complain and she walked away and sent one of her workers to tell me they can't do anything not even return my $50 dollars.

Do not use I was walking by and new I had a pen falling out of my watch have the pan replaced and the link is completely scratched and destroyed on a $600 watch they left the store with my watch which I did not know I saw them coming back across the hallway they hand me my watch really fastTook the ticket and walked away really quick now I know why
