My husband and I have 2 Egyptian Mau cats, a brother and a sister, unfortunately this summer the female cat had many health issues. Doctor T diagnosed our female cat with a Very Rare condition and we were able to get her proper treatment and save her life. I now consider this veterinary hospital, Doctor Turowsky and staff to be part of my family. I will continue to use this wonderful facility for all of our pet's needs.

The receptionist didn't help much and also took my cat's preventive surgery 2nd opinion appointment with their doctor lightly. I felt sad that they feel specialized Laser surgery can be done by their General Veterinary and not surgeon. I was told - They also don't have more than 1 dedicated Veterinary doctor. Most are visiting Veterinary doctors.

Brought my 8-year old cat for his annual wellness exam and his regular 2-3 month nail trim. I conveniently scheduled my appointment via their website for the requested time. Arrived on time, called from car due to Covid protocols to say I was there, and they came to take my cat inside. The doctor called and spoke to me about my cat, whether changes or anything of note/concern and the exam. We were finished in 20 or so minutes. My cat was brought out to the car, he was happy and we left to go home Very easy process.

The team was very responsive to setting a convenient appointment and that continued with through the appointment itself. The vet was thoughtful and kind - as was the technician who managed the handoff and the follow-up at the end. Even though the visit is handled over the phone given the current health crisis, the vet took her time to explain information in detail and to answer questions. She set and we agreed to a clear plan for follow-up. Importantly, the plan worked quickly - and this was most appreciated.

TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL VETERINARY SERVICE....MILLBURN VETERINARY HOSPITAL
It seems this Vet has changed their policy without notifying any of their customers.
We've used this Vet for over 15 years & today I called to get an appointment for our cat. They told me that they can't see our pet because we have not visited their facility for a couple of years. The doctor stated we would be considered "new clients" & "We no longer accept new clients" so therefore no appointment or examination.
We are talking about a 20 minute exam for a cat that is 17 years of age & may not have much time left.
HOW INSENSATIVE

We just moved here and my cat was throwing up non stop. They were able to see her a few hours after I called. They explained everything step by step and when we got home she was finally able to eat a whole can of food. I would definitely bring all four of my cats once the world goes back to normal. ☺️
