Hello. I had the honor and pleasure to work with Mary Fran Mulcahy to sell our rental property in Arlington, TX. It was, to say the least, a very stressful sale for many reasons. Scammed me on a rental the amount of 4x the application fee due to amount of applicants, without stating there was even competition on the property or that she had already chosen someone for the property she closed on almost immediately after my application.

We have retained Blue Crown to manage our property rental for the past 4 years. We have found that they consistently manage our property in a professional effective manner, handling screening of a renter, advising us on a variety of issues that have arisen, such as setting any increases in annual rental rate. They have been a pleasure to work with. We especially commend Mark Fran Mulcahy who has handled most of our interactions with Blue Crown. After fighting to save my rental property over a long weekend of braving the winter storm of 2021, my Property Management team at Blue Crown called to give me an after action report after mitigating the damage.

I have owned rent managed properties for 23 years and have found that I never experienced property management done right until I hired Blue Crown. Danny and Mary Fran are exceptional. I am giving this company 5 out of 5 stars for the level of service that I have received from them. I do not live in the United States and have had property management companies use that to their advantage in the past. Blue Crown Properties was recommended to me by another company who spoke with Danny on my behalf. I was impressed when Danny took the time to send an email with a personal video introduction. Blue Crown Properties (Danny and Mary Fran) have managed 3 of my rental properties since my prior manager retired in late 2016. I don't reside in the state, and the Blue Crown team made it SO EASY to keep track of my investments from afar--I've never even had the pleasure of meeting them in person!
