At Epic Fight & Fitness Academy, we believe the early years of your child's life can be some of the most important when it comes to the development of motor skills and character building. That's why offer a high-energy Kids Martial Arts program that uses the skills and strategies of both Kickboxing AND Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to keep students active and help them learn something new every day.
At Epic Fight & Fitness Academy, it doesn't matter if you're looking for self-defense skills, total-body fitness, or sport-style competition skills. We train men and women with a wide range of goals in mind and we work hard to help them all find success. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes include full-gi instruction in the skills of ground grappling.
There's truly no better way to get in shape and learn effective self-defense skills at the same time! Our Kickboxing classes here at Epic Fight & Fitness Academy give people of all skill levels the chance to learn how to strike with every limb of your body and build sustainable fitness success in no time.
No matter what you have in mind, our Mixed Martial Arts classes can help you make it happen. This class focuses on hybrid self-defense skills, equipping you with the ability to master stand-up striking, ground grappling, and everything in between. You probably know the world of Mixed Martial Arts from what you've seen on tv.

My daughter has been attending for 2 years. When she first arrived her confidence was at a minimum, but within months it has skyrocketed. She has learned to work harder and pay attention to detail even more than before. Dondi pushes her to do better when she is not pushing her hardest, in turn he eases back when needed to reiterate the building blocks needed for the next step. Numerous times a week he praises her and informs us of her progress. At EFFA we are treated as, and feel like family. We have found a place for our family and our kickboxing competitor hopeful daughter.

Been training here a little over a year now with no end in sight. My wife and son also train BJJ at Epic and our daughters are about to start little ninjas classes. Coach Dondi and his staff are incredibly proffesional and respectful of all ages and skill levels. They have fostered an atmopshere that feels more like having a second family than teammates. Do yourself and your family a favor and come try it out, you will not be disappointed.

I have NEVER left a terrible review for a company, but the disrespect this owner has conveyed is OBSURD.
Customer service & customer care should ALWAYS be a priority. Sadly DONDI MARTIN has FAILED miserably to obtain a well mannered & controlled attitude.
Dondi belittles & speaks down to women, especially mothers who have expressed their issues. It takes expressing the issues to social media for other parents to vocalize their issues as well for him to PUBLICLY post personal addresses & phone numbers to “prove his point”, while also degrading every other issue stated.

They aren't shy about correcting them, but always do so appropriately. We look forward to training and also look forward to a long future here.

I absolutely love Epic, Fight & Fitness. They provide excellent training and a killer workout. Through their program I've experienced many benefits. The most important for me are strength and confidence. The coaches are very poliet and professional. The atmosphere is fun and full of dynamic energy. Epic fight and fitness has changed my life. After having back surgery in November 2014, I found it hard to motivate myself to get fit again. My son joined in October 2015, and after watching how good the coaches were with him and the other kids, I was impressed. Being a former wrestler the workouts brought a lot of memories back and decided to join myself in January. I have been enjoying it ever since. It has brought a physical challenge back into my life. I feel younger and healthier. Thank you Coach Dondi.

My son has taken classes for the past four years. He has gained confidence and strength beyond what we ever expected. I take kickboxing class as well. We absolutely love it!! The coaches work wonderfully with kids and adults alike and are so encouraging! It is a great team atmosphere and a good fit for anyone!
