A blocked toilet can be caused by something lodged in the system that needs to be unclogged. Try to flush once, and then use a plunger to pump the blockage out. Avoid flushing the toilet while blocked, as this could cause water to overflow. If your toilet won't flush, lift the back cover of the toilet to ensure the flapper element is correctly attached.

Moving is a big stress and a lot of work. Finding the perfect place is equally as rough. Irina has been nothing short of the best and most helpful property management me and my roommates have encountered. We've been getting screwed left and right from previous property managers before Elevate and Irina was the only one that seemed to be genuinely interested in helping us find a home, even accommodating last minute showings (literally 1 minute before the lock boxes will be unavailable). Move in has been a breeze, everything, including payments are processed online, and I can't think of one complaint

Irina personally is one of the worst people in the real estate industry I have worked with. She is very unprofessional and lies. Very hard to reach and communicate with. As well she charges things on security deposits that are completely unnecessary. We were supposed to have solar our whole time in our unit and are stuck with an additional $1026 electric bill due to solar never being active. Only occupied unit for 5 months due to MANY issues. Recently moved into an Elevate SD Property and it was the smoothest process ever! We saw the property using an agent-less key box and loved it. We applied the same day and the next day we were approved. It happened very fast and they were extremely communicative the whole way! Irina was pleasant and helpful even though we never saw her in person due to COVID. It is also super easy to get things fixed! I put in a work order and someone came the same day to fix it. Great experience so far! We moved from Hawaii. When looking for a place Irina and Site Manager Alona were flexible to set up a virtual showing with us in Hawaii and my sister and brother-in-law present in San Diego. Leading up to the move they used an outstanding Tenant Portal that helps make the Application, Lease, and Auto Payments very simple. Both Irina and the site manager, Paul for Camelot Village were so kind throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions in the beginning and were super easy to contact while we were tenants. They really made living there a nice experience, Paul would send emails and texts here and there to keep us in the loop of community happenings. We had nice, considerate neighbors as well. Moved to San Diego about a week ago and saw an ad on an apartment managed by Elevate SD properties. Victoria, the operations manager was very quick to respond and attentive to my needs. They were able to do a viewing of the apartment with an app which I could schedule at anytime that works for me. The move in process was conducted professionally, the apartment was in great condition and it was cleaned professionally prior to moving in. During moving in, I noticed the washing machine was not working but they took care of that very quickly on the same day by putting a new one.
