I'm relocating from Kansas City and I must say this has been the most helpful and honest place that I have called this far. I have called at least 70 property management companies to only get a voicemail, text message and no call backs.They honestly cared and answered every question I asked. I live at the Buckhead building.I had a problem with hot water after being there two months.a maintenance man was sent out the he fixed the problem.the beginning of June,same problem..a maintenance man was sent out.he told me I had to call the gas company,I was confused.I inturn called the property manager.after two weeks of no response she text me and ask me what did the gas company say.I asked her why would I be calling the gas company.I was accused of not paying my gas bill.ok after a week of back and forth.I spoke to someone else at the bloom and I was told t call the gas company,the reason

My roommate and I recently moved in to an apartment owned by Stonekey. All members we came into contact with were super chill and easy to work with. We’ve been in our apartment for a month now and the move in process was also smooth and maintenance responds to requests ASAP. Overall great experience! Would recommend to a friend 10/10.
