From top to bottom had the best rental experience of a beautiful home in Austin. Aaron and Cuesta are incredible human beings and apart of an excellent team that took care of me and my partner. Best of all is I too am a business owner and they really went the extra mile to make things happen for us where it was a big run around with other agencies we have used. Can’t say enough great things about them!

Morris Green managed my property in Round Rock for almost 3 years. They were always responsive, professional, and reliable with anything that would come up, and have great tools in place to keep me in the loop with my property. They have an awesome team and overall I had a great experience with them. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any of my rental properties in the Austin area!

After reviewing several property management companies online, I contacted Morris Green (among a few others) to inquire about management services. At first, I was discouraged that I couldn't get through to any companies, which is understandable given COVID & all, but this company answered the phone immediately. How refreshing. I spoke to Andy, who provided answers to all of my questions very quickly. After talking with him for some time, he took my contact email & sent me some additional information about their company to review. I chose Morris Green Properties from the internet based on their reviews and explanation of how they manage your property. Rented my mother's/now my house for 18 months - 1 tenant. They got it rented within a month at a fair price. Overall, I am very pleased with their service. No hassle, no fuss. The tenant was generally trouble free so their job was easier but for $100/month, I just collected by checks. Their notification system and web site was easy to use and updated. I received regular emails on status updates and when the rent was deposited into my bank account. YES, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN

Spoke with Aaron after having multiple problems with ac cooling. He was so nice and trying to resolve our issue. I felt bad for submitting so many complaints and expected to get scolded LOL but he was very nice and trying to actually fix our problem. Other management companies don't do this. Our previous management company just did not care about our current house or its problems but Morris Green actually tries to resolve issues.
