Ok food
Old beat up furniture
Ok service.
I was a little worried because the servers didn’t even know what a vegan is I had to order something specific. I asked if they have vegan salad dressings and she thinks all salad dressings are vegan lol. I wanted to try the tempura if it’s not egg bartered but one of them wasn’t sure so I wasn’t confident in trying it all all.

Needed a quick dinner stop on a road trip, and was very pleasantly surprised. Great food, affordable, generous quantities, and was easy to order ahead.

Delicious food, beautifully presented from friendly staff in a clean, modern establishment that's reasonably priced. What's not to love? We had bento boxes, seaweed salad, sushmi that was cold and fresh. Everything was good! Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be back!

Went there for the first time on Wednesday August 18th. 2021 with two of my six sisters. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the servers were wonderful. We had a lot of questions and they were all answered to our satisfaction. I ordered the Mango Supreme with shrimp and honestly it was the best thing that I've ever eaten and I've traveled the country and eaten in many, many places. I can hardly wait to go back with all my sisters real soon!

Absolutely horrible experience!! I ordered hibachi chicken and half of it was undercooked and my vegetables were not cooked and I specifically asked for Rice because I cannot have gluten and they gave me noodles. Also when I went to go pick up the meal the man was very rude and completely disrespectful and just acted like he was pissed off at me for even ordering. Just got finished with my second round of throwing up the chicken that I did manage to stomach down. I get a set lunch break so I can't just go to another place to eat so I relied on this place and now my entire work day has been

Tried this restaurant back when you could actually dine in and wasn't that impressed. Decided to give it a try for some sushi. Ugh. Really wish I would have just driven to Wegman's. The sushi was probably one of the most disgusting things I've ever tried to eat. I say that because I couldn't even force myself to chew it. The texture was awful. Why on earth would they grind up the tuna before rolling it? Yes, you read that right, the tuna was ground up. Had my husband try and he agreed the it was gross. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. But at least now

The curry is good and its decent food. They are the only restaurant in the area with this kind of food but some times the quality of the food falls short. The soup you get is not good and the sushi I got last time was not the best.

Consistently delicious! Tonight, we had the salt and pepper shrimp, sesame chicken, beef teriyaki, and yellow curry chicken! I have yet to be disappointed by this restaurant!

The decor is beautiful and calming.
Staff was very nice! My friend left his to go and the waitress ran out to give it to us. That was super cool. Thanks!
Sushi could have been a bit more fresh , not so well prepared either. Especially for the price.
Im a bit more economically wise than most, so you may disregard the price comment. Plus, prices in the area are very low, and they are the only sushi ive seen so far. Supply and demand.
I would return, so this is not a negative review by any means.

Was looking for Chinese takeout in the Batavia area and came across Yume while using a search engine (shame on me for not starting in the Yelp app). Went to their website and was thrilled that they had online ordering. Placed my order and headed for the restaurant. Was extremely disappointed to find them CLOSED! I even got an email confirming my order. Unbelievable that a restaurant with such an extensive website would fail to update that site to disable online ordering...or at least posting a banner regarding their closed status.

This restaurant took me by surprise. I happened to be in the area, and after seeing great reviews, I decided to stop by.
The restaurant itself is dimly lighted, and nicely decorated. We walked in and there was only one other customer.
We were sat down and served very quickly. We started with a couple of appetizers and these blew me away. The Black Pepper Tuna was absolutely delicious. It wasn't overly spicy from the pepper, and the tuna was very fresh and tender. The sauce it came with accompanied it very well. The Salmon Tartar was also very tasty.
For mains, we ordered an array of nigiri

One of my favorite Asian plAces. The hibachi was to die for today. Kristy dried vegetables went so well with the scallops and shrimp. Their lunch Beto boxes are a great desk and leave full at under $10. Dessert won't disappoint.. moochi and deep fried ice cream!

Amazing asian. It is a hidden venue, but a solid six / five. We had the sushami, a pineapple chicken, served in a 1/2 pineapple, & chicken pad thai. The waitresses were adorable, the sushi fresh with a stunning presentation and the venue is clean and well decorated. We'll be back!

We stopped by here to try out their sushi. She ordered a bento box and I ordered a sushi. The prices were reasonable and the offerings were good for Batavia. The miso soup was some of the best I've had. The sushi could've been more flavorful and the presentation could've been better, but the waitress was fast, friendly and efficient. Overall, I would come back if I lived in the area. I hope this place continues to flourish.

Go to Batavia once a year and seem to be very limited with good quality food choices. Went to this place with three of my coworkers, skeptical at first because of how far away we were from from fresh sea food.

However I was very impressed by all of the speciality rolls the table got they all seemed very fresh and delicious according to them. I got the eel tempura roll and the Udon Chicken Miso soup. The eel roll was just alright, was not a big fan of the large portion of lettuce the put inside the roll, had no flavor or taste, in fact I had to take it out for the roll to taste better. I was impressed

Sushi was good but Tempura was not my thing (it was my first time eating it). The rice was good, the presentation of the plate was good. Cleanliness of the place was 7 out 10. The employees were not nice at all while the lady was taking the order from me the chef or cook came and took the paper in a bad way from her hands without she finishing with our order. He was so impatient. They close at 10 and it was still 9:30 and the came to our table and start cleaning without us finish and ask for us to pay because they were closing the drawer. I was going to ask for dessert but since this happen I just

Thai yellow curry with shrimp was delicious! Portion was enough to bring home & have another meal. The Thai red curry with chicken was the same. Had the wasabi tuna dumpling and that was fantastic, too!

Usually a pretty awesome experience. however the waitress did mess up our order. we got two appetizers and 1 main dish instead.
despite this on time hiccup, i have been here many times prior and i think the food is phenomenal. i live in buffalo and eat plenty of sushi from that area. this place could compete with kunis, wegmans, and wasabi.

Very thankful to have a decent sushi place in Batavia. As far as I know, there is nothing else similar close by. The quality and presentation of their sushi is great. I brought my dad here who previously thought he hated sushi... and he enjoyed it!

Other dishes (Noodles, chicken, soups) are good as well, but the sushi is definitely why I come here.

Atmosphere is beautiful and elegant - not necessarily what you would expect looking at the restaurant from the outside. Take a step in!
