We focus exclusively on helping our management clients whenever they need to buy or sell real estate. A: Client funds are released for direct deposit by the 15th of each month. Processing time depends upon your bank, but most clients see deposits in their bank no later than 20th of the month.
A: Most leases are for 1 year, but periodically, we may recommend a slightly shorter lease term to avoid a lease which expires during a statistically less favorable month to rent properties.A: The security deposit depends upon the property, but is generally close to the monthly rent amount. A: Once we have visited your property for the initial consultation and you have provided a signed management agreement, we get started right away!
