Olympic Management Company is a third-generation family business. Originally founded in 1983 to manage the Griffin companies own portfolio of multi-family properties. The Company expanded in 1992 to provide fee managed services to other owners of multi-family real estate.
In addition to traditional property management services, OMC is experienced and has helped clients with: Multiple forms of financing, tax appeals, full or partial renovations (interior and exterior), acquisition due diligence/file audits, essentially anything connected to owning or operating multi-family real estate.OMC is a HUD approved management company and we are well versed in the LIHTC (section 42) tax credit program.

I have rented from Olympic for three years and have had an amazing experience with them. They are very responsive and genuinely care about their tenant’s requests/concerns. Disappointed. I hate to do this. I have been living at a complex in Fife for 5 years. The first 3 were fabulous with one manager. These last 2 have been horrendous. We have had 3 or 4 managers in these 2 years, none of which wants to or can take control of this smaller property. Several maintenance changes, majority are lazy and don’t want to work. The grounds stay littered and trashed. Smokers in the stairwells/decks on a non smoking property. Car Break ins and crime is rising. We are supposed to have security. The office and after hours maintenance emergency phone number is always full. We

We’ve been renting an apartment in Sumner for almost 2 years and we’re
very happy with our experience! The grounds are kept clean, it feels safe and maintenance requests are always resolved immediately (we’ve had only minor repairs needed). Staff is always respectful, friendly and professional. We’re so happy we found our apartment!
