This company came into the restaurant I worked at awhile back and the owner had asked everyone at the company meeting to make fake google accounts and do a review so the ratings would go up and they would come up on google first, so here I am writing a review for them. I was shocked to hear this conversation go down but hey whatever gets you to get customers. I looked over the reviews and I'm not sure what ones are true and what ones are fake what ones the company wrote them selfs. Have a fantastic day!

I just received an email today says my HOA is due on Jan 1st (they should sent us an email/or mail at least 10 days before it becomes due, not two days before it’s due). So I called them today and see if I can pay it after Jan 1st, spoke to a female employee, her attitude wasn’t too bad but didn’t feel warm either. Then she hang up on me after answered my question (she just suddenly hang up on me, that was so rude). I called them back, a male employee answered the phone and I asked him to transfer me to the previous female employee I spoke with, but he said he has no idea which female employee

Total Property Management is a terrible service. The staff is rude and communication is poor! I called them because I would like to speak to them directly. They asked for my phone number only to email me back instead of calling me. The collections manager is extremely rude! Talks to you in a disrespectful tone of voice and slams the phone when she feels youre done talking. Avoid at all cost!

Had my truck stolen within the first week of moving in. Couldn't even get these guys to talk to me for days, and when I did it was, sorry, but no cameras, and no we wont get any. Then when I finally got my truck back months later, it was broken into again... no response from property management. After that, I had to give the truck away because property management came out and didn't want it there. The laundry room was always down... and to top it all off, when I moved out, I got no deposit back and got fined as it's on my credit report... shady people... only around when its convenient for them

This company took over recently for a condominium complex and so far I'm less than impressed with their operations. The one positive thing so far is their online portal. I've received numerous emails insisting on balances paid in full for payments plans set up and approved prior to them taking over. They've tacked on fees and are not removing them. I'm frustrated with this added stress of having to communicate my position back and forth, though I will say they are quick to respond. Two stars, leaving much to be desired.

While there were some things that were not complete upon move in, I found that Karla was still very helpful and was able to get most of the projects done. She always gets back to me right away with any concerns or questions that I have. I also appreciate the company looking at other factors than just credit. Very much appreciated! Great company, great property manager! Very satisfied

Bottom line: Avoid renting with TPM or total property management. Find a professional management group. My experience renting with them goes like this: When I pointed out things wrong with the rental prior to signing the lease, their real estate broker/property manager guaranteed me that they would get things fixed and gave me misc reasons why they were like that. He even said we are a professional company. Does a professional organization have to tell you they are professional? After a month, I had to contact them repeatedly over the next several weeks for them to come out. They kept saying we

I accidently made my mortgage payment out to the association and didn't realize until it was cashed. Called and spoke with Rachel and she was awesome in getting a new check cut right away and drove to the property and hand delivered it to me so that I could pay my mortgage to my mortgage company. Such wonderful customer service and super appreciative that I didn't have to drive all the way to the office to get the check. Thank you!
