Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value
Do not use this Property Management!!! They do not make repairs a priority. We lived in our rental for 8 years and had to take care of most of our repairs ourselves. Thats with their "3 months" property reviews. Even when they know there were major issues with the property! They didnt even communicate with the owner of the home!

Unprofessional with a huge lack of timely or accurate information. Applying through them is a waste of money. They’ll ask for extra deposits from even the most qualified renters, but only after they charge you for your app. In my case it was for lack of proper rental history even though I’d given them 5 years and multiple good references. Because Ive only been at my current address since March they wanted $500 extra. They never even called previous or current landlords. I checked. This was on top of a full month of rent, a full month of rent for deposit, extra money for “pet applications”

This property management company allows the owner to hire people who aren't licensed or bonded. I will never go through this management company ever again.
They always say "we will ask for the owners permission" before any maintenance will be done.
We're always on time with rent and maintenance the lawn - they will still send us emails telling us that if you don't pay rent you will be fined $75.
Take care of the lawn or you will be fined $75
If you reschedule there house visit you'll be fined $75
They want to take $75 from you.

I am a large portfolio investor and rpm today jas bren managing multiple multi family properties over the last 5 years.
In all these years I have been very happy with their service. The distribution was always on time, and they maintained a healthy level of communication for any matters that required my attention. They prepped the properties between tenants, and gave me advice on the market rent too.
Overall, I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a property manager.

RPM was the perfect choice to handle my management needs. They are always quick to handle any needs my tenant or I have. They found the perfect tenant for my unit. They handled everything, from placing ads, running background checks, and everything else that goes into the tenant moving in. I have only 1 unit that I rent out, but they treated me like I was one of their biggest clients. I always felt as if my property matter to them, like it matters to me. I recommend them with no hesitation.

We rented from this company from 2017 to 2021. Always paid rent on time and kept the property up. We are also home owners that have a rental property in another state. They do not respond to maintenance request when they are an emergency. Had a leak under the sink to where i had to turn off the water from under the sink to stop some of the leakage. had the water going out from under the sink to the rest of the kitchen cause the flooring to sperate and become damage. Took them just about over a week to come out and check it out. left messages saying how bad the flooring was getting. After they came
