This has been long overdue but my husband (fiancé at the time) found Traberts Goldsmiths secretively on my Instagram saved posts, as I've saved lots of their beautiful rings on my ideal engagement/wedding.
He went to the store and showed Melissa the associate the picture of the ring I liked and explained to him it's was a moissanite ring and educated him about diamonds as well. She showed him and suggested others as options and found the perfect ring. He said they were all so nice and the owner Eric congratulated him and gave him a bottle of Moët.

I had a really nice experience shopping for a wedding band at Trabert. Melissa helped me and she was super knowledgable! She showed me a variety of rings that included ones I specifically requested to see and others that I wouldn't have considered otherwise and ended up LOVING. Melissa offered impeccable service and a wealth of information while explaining the difference between a real diamond and a Moissanite stone. She was extremely patient and showed me several diamond rings in my price range. We were really looking forward to our visit to Trabert based on their reviews and selection. We drove up from San Jose and was very disappointed with the service that we received. The store is tiny and very intimate. Customer service unfortunately was lacking, we didn't feel welcomed and the staff was definitely not helpful. We don't remember who exactly helped us (blonde hair woman) but she was not friendly and we got nothing but bad vibes leaving the store. Definitely will not be returning.

I drove 2 hours to come here because they have a really diverse, modern and funky collection on Instagram. I was really excited to try to find my wedding band, but the lady who helped me, unfortunately didn't get her name, super basic looking with kinda short blonde hair in a ponytail, cheap looking heel booties and a long cardigan, was super rude. I walked in to the store they was busy lots of couples looking at rings. I have a piece of jewelry that needed a repair. The owner was hard at work at his bench. They have moissanite!! I've been eager to see some in real life and was so pleased that they had several gorgeous unique modern antique cut stones in settings and in stock. The workers were super friendly and helpful to me, even though I came in right before they closed and they had several other couples and people in the small shop. They even let me take a couple rings outside to see how they look in natural lighting.
