I had Steve perform an inspection on a property that I had purchased. He was responsive and wonderful to work with. The turn around on the inspection report was quick and the report itself incredibly thorough. During the inspection, Steve took the time to explain any issues he discovered and what could be done to repair or mitigate the issue. Because of these thoughtful explanations, the report made more sense to me upon receiving it. Steve is an incredibly knowledgeable and dependable home inspector. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions during and after the inspection, and Steve was very responsive and informative. As a realtor, I recommend Steve Page to all of my clients. He does general inspections and also pest/wood destroying insects, radon AND mold. It’s difficult to find a mold inspector, let alone someone who will conduct all 4 of these inspections himself! My clients only need to call one person - Steve - and it makes the transaction so much easier. He is thorough, punctual and takes the time to explain all details before, during, and well after the inspection. I also like the format of his reports. They’re clear and concise.

Stephen at Integrity Property Inspections was great! He was very accommodating and completed my inspection within three days of calling, which included a 48-hr radon test. The inspection was very thorough and report well-detailed. I appreciated the time Stephen spent with me to go over all findings the day of the inspection. He was very responsive to follow-up questions days after receiving the report, and was kind enough to reach out a couple of weeks after in case there were any additional concerns.
