My wife and I are both teachers, so we know how difficult it can be to teach virtually. What Tiffany did- correcting mistakes we had made in our application while explaining exactly what we need to know about our coverage- was really impressive! Despite having to communicate virtually, she made purchasing insurance a pleasant and understandable event. We'd give six stars if we could.

Maloney and Ward has provided our insurance need since over a decade and a half. we are extremely pleased with their services and they have been very helpful in providing the excellent services to us. They are quick in responses the communication process. Their help and support in any size claim is outstanding. For example: few years ago, when we had a claim due to storms, Mr. Malony helped me with the resolution in very satisfactory manner.

The staff is friendly, knowledgable and helpful and made filing my claim for repairs to my truck easy. Erie has always been great and always there when needed. Nobody wants to file a claim, but when you do, these are the people you will want to talk with and the company that will stand behind everything that they advertise.
